Walked in while the manager was saying bad words he noticed me walk in and he did not stop acting out. They were more focused on what the manager and his other coworker were talking about than asking me what I wanted to order. After he saw me standing he continued saying bad words and did not care if I got offended by it. For a second there I thought I was somewhere in a ghetto instead of Burger King. If I could give no stars I would, but unfortunately I only have the option to give one star.

The WORST place for drive thru service. I just left there, returning half of my order that was wrong. Manger offered to remake order but I declined. Just wanted my money back to go somewhere else to eat. I will never spend another dime at this Burger King. I speak perfect English but I dont understand why Jarvis couldnt get it right. Every. Single. Time. I have used the drive thru, I have received something incorrect. Absolutely horrible service here.

Ive never been so disrespected by a manager before, I understand his ethnicity makes him harsh considering he is from africa and he might get stressed out about why he cant understand our language but he shouldnt be so rude. He was even following and watching my daughters at the play ground, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be eating at this location till they hire a less creepy manager.

Just stopped by one minute late for breakfast and asked if I could still order the manager very rudely said no. Then I heard people in the drive thru asking can I still order breakfast and her response was okay what would you like. Her name was Jessica they were very rude and not at all fair with how they treated a customer.

Great restaurant. management is A-1 and food is delicious. I love the newly remodeled lobby and customer service. fast drive thru time and friendly night staff. Coming here everyday to spend my hard earned money. The male manager in the tie had this place in ship shape. ily BK

This place is horrible. The service was trash. The aestics were lacking. The quality of the food left me feeling cancerous. And quite frankly, some of the employees looked like they need to be on the other side of Trumps wall. Wish I could give it less than 1 star.

Its fine its Burger King....reason for the poor review is because the staff takes the shake machine down every night for cleaning 2 1/2 to 3hrs BEFORE closing...and tells the customer that its down for maintenance. Poor business!!!!
