Outing No 1: We reached there around 9.50 PM. Manager at the front desk told that the Kitchen was closed and they are left with only biryanis. Well, we thought we can have it quick and leave the place. We ordered 2 biryanis - Mutton and Chicken. Time is ticking and we are not getting served. I had called one of the guys and inquired about the status of the order. He said it’s on its way. 30 mins passed. Again we had to call the boy to know the status of the order. I got the same answer. 10 mins passed. I called the manager and when asked about the status, he repeated the same story. He didn’t even care to apologize. Finally after waiting for 45-50 minutes, we have been served the Mutton Biryani. I must say, the food was terrible. We were under the impression that he was making the fresh biryani. But it wasn’t the case. They had served several days of old biryani. And again we have to wait for more 15-20 mins to get the chicken biryani. It was not tasty either. Service was very disruptive. Hands down. Outing No 2: We had to order couple of Appetizers and a Biryani. Before ordering bhajji, we asked the service guy if it is stuffed bhajji. He said oh yeah. Then a service girl came in and told that they were out of Guntur Bhajji. All they have is only Gongura Bhajji. We said okay. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, we have been served with plain bhajji with just a slice of Onion and Lemon. When I inquired about the stuffed bhajji, the service guy apologized and he didn’t care to get another order of stuffed mirchi. Meanwhile we asked the service guy to get an extra plate of salad. But as expected he didn’t. We requested 2 times but went in vain. And they never cared to refill the water. Service is too late. They tend to keep you wait for more than an hour for just Biryani. Fresh plates for not given for the main course after completion of appetizers. They didnt even offer new set of spoons for the dessert. Having said that, Food has lost it spiciness and it was insipid to taste. I don’t recommend this to anyone. I am really disappointed about this place and really upset. Will never ever visit this place again.

Let me start off by saying that this is my first time writing a negative review about a restaurant. The thing that drove me to do this is the pathetic behavior of the management of not even owning their own product(food) and not striving to have customer satisfaction or even trying to retain its customer base. I have ordered Three orders($13 each) of "Raju gari kodi pulav" on a friday evening. I opened the packs and was shocked to see the texture of food and meat. It clearly does not look right, as you can see in the first three pics. The rice was too soggy for a pilav, the meat was not cooked right and the you can even see the chunks of masala in rice. I have no idea why they gave samples of sambar rice(???) and some kind of unidentifiable rice along with pilav, which are equally bad btw. I thought the taste might be better even thought the look was not right, but when I tried it, it is definitely the worst taste in a pilav in my life. Even I can cook better than this. I was not happy and wanted the management to know that they might be having a bad batch that day, since I heard some good things from my friend. So, I took it to them and told them that it is not good, and was amazed at their answer. "All of our food is like this", wow....I mean this is rock bottom...are you saying that all of your food is bad like this? One of the owner came out and I detailed what happened and she did not care in retaining her customers. Our team(22 people) at my workplace love to try new restaurants every week, and this will definitely not be recommended. Bottom line: Zero care for customer satisfaction even after reporting them. Real bad quality of food Previous bad reviews were right Will never go back or recommend this to family and friends Will not recommend my team to visit this awful place The management is successful in losing a big bunch of customer base.

The worst service I have seen so far.Just one person serving the food for such an big restaurant and the management not even cared to talk with customers.They served my order without the main dishes and when I asked about it they not even cared.So I just left my table and paid the bill and came out.When I am saying the same to the manager he not even bothered.Dont fool the people with the menu ,try to serve the food at least half to the reputation to those names.Raju gari bhojanam,the worst bhojanam I have ever had ,served without pappu and sambar and the food that served is not even hot.Please care about the customers,your not serving free food.

Worst management............ They made us wait for 50 min after reserving the place. We ordered Veg Thali......... they have taken 20 min to place the plates..... No curd..... No Special rice......... No sweet.... when asked, they said they dont have it.......... all this happened when there was no much crowd............... Above all the person at bill counter asked for feedback........ we said, we were not served all the items in menu..... he argued that they have served everything.......... I dont recommend this place to anyone........ Sorry for 1 star as there is no 0 star

Awful Experience!!! His restaurant honestly deserves zero stars. When we came, there was food leftover from another customer on our table. There was a tray of condiments sitting here open and ready to be contaminated. The food is overpriced and tastes bad. Music is too loud. The bathroom had no soap. The tables are too close. The waiter came to our table talking on the phone. This restaurant came here after mayuri closed down. They reorganized the structure of the building too look truly horrendous. If you enjoy bad food and poor service, this is the place for you.

The decor and cleanliness of the restaurant were great! I might have ordered the wrong item for lunch. I had goat (mutton) biryani. They took forever to serve. Water refills had to be prompted. A couple of guys from another table came in later and were served before me. Food finally served with an excessive amount of rice and very little meat. The flavor of the rice was good but $14 worth with mostly rice is not exactly the idea I had in mind. Recommendation: decrease rice amount and increase the meat portion.

Awesome place to have great food both in quality and quantity. Is a bit expensive for the thali orders but since it is unlimited servings per person it is really worth ordering if you have the capacity. Even the entrées are not inexpensive but are definitely worth what you pay for them. Ambiance is quite modern and up to date. Generally I do not have high expectations from Indian restaurants but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth 5 stars and more if that was possible :)
