I have never written a bad review before now, however, this particular store has had three strikes. First I have ordered online three times in a row, every time I received the wrong order. Second the people working there take zero pride in their job...zero fs given. Third their new menu is now charging for things like Nan that usually come with the entrees. HOWEVER my last online order wasnt ready when I arrived, they didnt even check their online orders I guess. I waited fifteen minutes patiently with a polite attitude, got my food and left. When I got home I started eating not thinking twice, when I tried the meat I knew it wasnt chicken. Usually I let this go and eat it, but this was the last straw. So I went back to have my order fixed, they were apologetic otherwise Id probably start yelling then and there, but it turns out the meat was lamb...I dont eat lamb...Im against it morally. I was so distraught and upset I didnt even think about getting a refund for the horrible experience. When I got home for second time I compared my southern curry chicken with the wrong order...it was not even the same dish. Seriously awful, will not be eating there again, if you order online check you meals!!!

This is neither good Indian nor good chinese. They dont know how to cook. The chef is Mexican and definitely no idea how either Indian or Chinese is cooked, or else either of the dishes would have been good. So far I ordered five dishes and Every dish I ordered was horrible. I ate becoz I dont have time to go to other place and moreover I wasted money here. I spoke to the server and she said that thats how they make. I wish I can post the picture of palak paneer. On top of having a ridiculous food, received worst customer servive with attitude from the server. Worst place Ive ever been to in Irving area. You have awesome places to eat in this area. Dont waste your money here. I have been to C2C with the same fusion concept and when I ordered Indian it was good Indian and when I got Chinese it was good Chinese. If they dont know how to cook, they dont have any right to be in business and waste our money to make their profits.

. My family and I have been coming here for years. Ive never written a review before but the customer service we experienced last time we came was absolutely ridiculous and should be shared. We first walk in to this guy standing at the counter like some bouncer-no greeting, not even a smile, it was very awkward. Next, the waiter brings us our food, as were making room for him to set our plates he hastily sets it down and spills some of the food on the table, pretends not to notice and walks away. They got our order wrong, stayed on their phones (while working the counter) and made a conscious effort to not notice anything happening around them. Bad customer service is something I dont really care for but the environment the employees created was terrible. We have no intention of coming back anytime soon.

Food is marginal, pricey and staff are below average. The place seemed dirty even though it didnt seem busy on xmas eve. Sample dishes looked horrid! We ordered online and even called to see about a discount since we recommend this place (not anymore) as a dining option for our guests. The lady found our online order and declined a discount. No problem. Food wasnt even started when I arrived for pickup! The lady looked stoned and confused but put our order in but never offered even an apology for this mishap! They seemed truly unconcerned and disinterested in pleasing the customer. The food was OK. There are definitely better options in the area. Ill never go back or recommend this place run by weak staff that have no clue of customer service.

I go there a lot and I order the same thing each time, so I know how it should look and taste. When I got home I looked at my food and it was completely different from its usual look. The bright yellow curry from the Mughlai was a dark green. I tasted it and it was not the same flavor, consistency or color. I went back and they denied they gave me the wrong curry. They completely looked guilty and instead of admitting it, they blamed everything else. They blamed the difference on a pepper, also blaming false advertising of the dishes photo.....highly doubt it. They made me a fresh dish, but I still had to drive across town again to get it corrected. Since then Ive eaten the same dish and havent received that dark liquid blob again.

The food is expensive but pretty decent, but thats not the reason im giving this a bad review. Its the poor hygiene and also the fact that I saw one of those red plastic cups INSIDE the toilet. Someone used it in the potty, so chances are it went right back to re circulation. If they totally discard the plastic instead I might retract the poor review. Heck if they dont change I WILL complain to USDA. Update: Its been what 5 years but theyve FINAL switched the cups , as promised Ill change my review. The food was pretty good to boot.

This place pretends to be a "fusion" style eatery with Indian and Chinese influence, but does neither well. In fact, what is suppose to be its strong point (Indian cuisine) is TERRIBLE. The Bryani is soggy and the curry dishes are watery. Trying the Tandoori (which youd think would be easier to make) is so dried up theres no meat left! So, in one word, AVOID this place at all costs. Better joints in the area are Chaat Cafe and Our Place. Do not go to Masala Wok, for the sake of humanity. Let this place shut down.

Ive only ever had Malai Kofta, Naan, Roti, Southern Chicken and Hakka Noodles here. Of that the Malai Koftas abt 98.9% of the times. Its the best Ive had discounting may be one restaurant in Delhi. The Southern chicken is Indian not American southern. Chicken was suspiciously not white, spices were good though. One unique thing abt this place is they serve Tandoori Rotis (Naan with whole wheat). No other Indian restaurant on MacArthur does. If you order take out, check your order before you leave.

Wow !!!! this place doesnt deserve to be on Mac Arthur. It has so deteriorated in taste that I was forced to give a review with the horrible food experience I had. I used to drive all the way for their Biryani bcoz it had good level of spice and curry taste. Now its just bland and feels like stir fried with curry powder with a side of Tandoor sauce. Horrible food. Just go to soooo many other better choices on Macarthur for Indian or Chinese or thai options.

I called at 9:47pm on a Monday night, when they close at 10pm to ask if they can get a to go order ready and they did! While I waited in the restaurant the gentlemen offered me water and made suggestions on other menu items! He didnt give me any grief about the last minute order. I had called 2 other restaurants before them and they were rude and refused service. So kuddos to last nights team! Chicken Biryani was good! Love the sauces they give with it.
