It got 1 star because I cannot give it zero. This place used to be awesome when Todd was the owner/manager. He never would have allowed today to happen. We were sat at a table, had our appetizers, bread and drinks brought out and water was dripping on it all from the A.C. vent. I told the manager that I wanted a different table and I wanted all new food. Instead of just being ok with that he said "it got on ALL of it?" I responded that it got on a couple of the things for sure but I could not know for certain what did or did not get tainted. He then said "fine" but sounded perturbed. When my main course finally came out my Tomahawk was RAW. I had had enough at this point and decided I would just heat it up later tonight at home. The manager asked how was the steak and when I showed him he was like "yeah...that is definitely not cooked right". The restaurant is not the fine oiled machine that it was when Todd Kobal was there and I have no intention of EVER returning.

We were seated in a booth next to the kitchen. We ordered drinks, but moments after they were delivered my husband said, "Dont look to your left." Of course I did, and there was a 1 1/2" cockroach crawling on the divider between us and the kitchen. I didnt scream. I stood up and the waitress came. We pointed out the roach. She said, "Oh, Im sorry," and she left. I walked to the front of the restaurant to leave. My husband waited by the booth, and saw a second cockroach! Somehow, the manager convinced my husband to stay even though I wanted to leave, and we sat at a booth by the front window. Very creepy meal. Surprisingly, only my Wed special meal was comped.

In a nutshell, it was really bad. Poor service, mistakes and they pretty much didnt seem to care. My wifes surf & turf didnt come with any surf, but it was certainly on the bill. I had a filet and lobster tail, I think they pawned a small sirloin off as a filet (sure tasted like sirloin and was tough enough too). Our server seemed to have tables all over the place, not just in an area. My wife asked for water and never got that either, no offers to refill my tea either. I wont be back to that location. What a waste of $85.

Visited this location for the 3rd time in 2 weeks last Thursday. The staff are very friendly and service was timely. The quality of the food, however, is very lacking. When a sirloin grilled medium rare is cut, it should leak juices onto the plate. My steak was extremely dry, no juices flowed at all. The meat was also overcooked, as it was each time I went there. Im not sure if they let it sit after cooking specifically to drain the juices or not, but was very disappointing. I will not be going back to this location.

What can you say about Outback? Food is usually delicious, but their prices have gone up... However, the Copperfield Outback in particular has excellent management. Every time we eat there the manager is busy doing whatever needs to be done to keep customers happy, be it sweeping the floor or serving the food. Also once I wanted a sweet potato and they were out, so the manager gave me sweet potato fries and comped my meal! Also they have recently renovated. The place has lots of new TVs and is very clean.

I used to be a fan of Outback. For many years, I had steaks there almost monthly. However a few months ago, they had some strange changes. One bad thing kept bothering me was that the portion of dishes became too small with prices unchanged. Their Wednesday specials were gone. It was sad to see a good restaurant chain going downhill since then. Even though I miss their tasty dark breads, I had to scratch Outback from my list of dinning places.

Stopped in for dinner with friends. I just had the ribeye while everyone else opted for the steak & lobster combo. Service was friendly and food was served in a timely manner. Pretty typical chain food quality - not bad but certainly nothing that would make me yearn to return. Facility was clean. We were there at 6:00 but only about 40% of the table were occupied. Not sure if thats a reflection of this location or of the chain in general.

In Florida the outback by our place is decent. This outback treated us very well!!!! The ribeye was some how one of the best steaks I have ever had. They had prepped the ahi tuna and made it to peppery. They could not fix it because they prepped it all in the morning. Took it back and gave us a big steak instead with out up charging us. Great manager and waiter. Enjoyed

Normally I am a a big fan of Outback. Today and the last two experiences have left me disappointed and mad frankly. Poor service (always slow for a lunch group), the food today was freezer burned and you could taste it (chicken), and the Wedge salad was packaged frozen apparently. I wont be back for a while. You folks need to work on every aspect of a FRESH meal.

The food was really good. The atmosphere was amazing. The waitress wasnt very good. She rarely came around. The guys that brought our food refilled our drinks and got us our sauces. It was my grandfathers 80th birthday. We told the hostess and were talking about it when the waitress was there. Even after the hostess said something would happen, nothing did.

I put an order in for steak dinner, ribeye 10 oz and ordered it medium rare, I got it back as well done. With that I ordered a side of baked potato, mind you this was an order to go, curb side pick up. When I got home and opened the baked potato there was nothing on it, I had ordered it with butter,cheese, chives and bacon. And nothing was there.

This is easily the worst Outback Ive ever eaten at. The food was disgusting, the service took a long time in all regards, the place was dirty inside and out, the staff did not even pretend to care in the slightest. We had an awful experience and will certainly never be spending a dime in this establishment again. Do not eat at this restaurant.

The first time I went here, we were ignored for nearly an hour before a waiter from another section took pity on us and served us. Still, we gave it a second change and went back. The second time our waitress informed us that they were out of potatoes. How does a steakhouse run out of potatoes? We will not be going back a third time.

We order TOGO from this location several times a month and they NEVER get the order correct and its NEVER on time. The food quality is mediocre, with the salads often soggy and wilted. The restaurant isnt ever busy at lunch and I can see why. I dont appreciate the lack of consideration from the management of this establishment.

Our dining experience was awesome:) our food was amazing as always, we came in for lunch so I got the coconut shrimp which I reccomend to everyone. We always request Kelly as our server because shes the funniest and the most personable. Come eat at outback and request Kelly shell take great care of you:)
