This was the worst Tex-Mex I have ever had in my entire life. I had the #18 lunch combo with chicken. I was the first person to enter the restaurant and somehow the food still came out cold. The queso on top of the burritos tasted like it was from a generic can of nacho cheese sauce found on the bottom shelf of a nasty grocery store. The rice tasted like plain white rice. The chicken fajita meat was barely seasoned. Nothing on the entire plate had ANY flavor whatsoever. This was a disgusting experience and Ill never be back. This is the first time I have ever done a review for a restaurant, good or bad, because until now none have ever deserved one. I found myself struggling to swallow every bite without spitting it out. If I could give zero stars I would.

I got severe food poisoning from this place. Because of the lemons in my tea or even from the tea itself. I had the taco salad as did my friends who accompanied me. They had soda while I had an iced tea with lemon. I am the only one who became violently ill. Went to the hospital who confirmed food poisoning. I wont be coming back.

Consistently great food, much like the food I had at Isla Muheres off the coast of Cancun. The Margaritas are great, too. I could do without the televisions in the restaurant. When I go out I want to get away from the noise of televisions. They have the best food of any Mexican/Tex-Mex food in the area.

Casa Amas has the best Mexican food for the best price. Ive been going for about 10 years, and anytime I go to any other mexican restaurant, I compare them, and Casa Amas always wins. I highly recommend it. Plus, they have excellent margarita specials!

Really enjoyed this place! The fajitas were filling, tasty, and inexpensive (compared to other places). It was a little questionable at first because it seemed lower end and had a booth bench that was somewhat broken, but the food and service was great.

Although the ac wasnt working in the smoking section of the restaurant and it made it uncomfortable to dine the owner was very pleasant and apologetic. The food was good but the margarita wasnt.

The fried icecream was not fried. It was rolled in cornflakes... lame. We also nearly broke our teeth on something in the avocado dishes.
