Ive been to this location several times because it is the closest to my house, and every single time I go I experience terrible customer service. Not only are they painfully slow but the employees are extremely rude to the customers. Literally every employee I interacted with rolled their eyes while I ordered or if I asked a question. Skimpy on the ingredients too. Then when I paid I asked the employee to scan my rewards card, and he said that it was "too late" and moved onto the next customer. This is the first negative review I have written online and Im sorry it has to be about one of chipotles locations. Even if this is the chipotle closest to you, I strongly recommend going to a different location. Im a loyal chipotle fan, but will not be returning to this location.

Upon entering the store I waited near the cashier counter for several moments. Many employees saw me standing at the counter looked up at me and didnt speak a word. Eventually Nathen come to the counter and said "pickup for Seth" not even a simple hello but a cold question. He then checkouts another customer and grabs the bag of food. I walkout of the store and go home to find uncooked fajita vegetables, and chunks of black burnt matter in both of our bowls. The sour cream on my wives bowl was most certainly spoiled. We we unable to eat either bowl. I expect more. I will not be returning to this location.

BEST LOCATION EVER...... I Love this location on Glade Road in Euless. All the staff are so wonderful, friendly and well manner. Me & My husband always go to this location especially because of their staff who always appreciate their customers. ALL OF YOU WHO LIVES CLOSE TO EULESS AREA MUST GO TO THIS LOCATION... Special thank and lots of love to Lili, Hannah, Sara, Nathan & Laura............... YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!

Food is good. love this place. i knew one guy that worked here but i think he moved and lied about fixing something i forgot. but it was to cover up an arrest to reduce risk of workers. my bud told me this saying he mentioned, lie only to prevent harm of others. anyways food is good, first time i tried sofritas last wednesday, it was good. i just wish it opened at 9AM so i can come here before i work.

People seem to either love or hate Chipotle, and Im in the camp that loves them. My favorite bowls are either the steak or carnitas. I also like their selections of Nantucket Nectars which is something usually unique to Chipotle. My son loves their Cheese Quesadilla kids meal. Service is also good and the employees keep the line moving. A great place to go for lunch or dinner.

Have been to this location several times with no complaint at all. Regarding stingy portioning: not that I have noticed compared to the other "local" Chipotle that I have been to in southlake. Oh, a note for some: Not sure if their liquor license has been processed/approved yet so they might not sell beer, if you are looking for that.

Food is good, as all chipotle locations are. They CANNOT get an online order made on time. First time is no big deal, second time is unfortunate, third time and every time after that is a habit. All online orders are pushed out by at least 20 minutes, not having an order ready is just a lack of attention.

The service was fantastic. I had never been before. Artemio was on his lunch break but stopped eating to come explain my choices to me. Everyone was so patient and they were pretty busy even though it was 3 pm on a Tuesday. The food was made to order, fresh and tasted good. I will be back and recommend.

Food was great but wanted to have two different meats. I asked for the first and got a normal portion, the second meat I hardly got any at all. I had no issue paying a higher price but dont rip me off by giving me mostly chicken. Overall tho Ill go back. It may have been an honest mistake.

Im in the camp that loves Chipotle. Ive loved it for years and I will continue to love it. A chicken burrito bowl warms my soul. This location is particularly attentive and the employees are awesome. The fact that there is almost always a line shows that this location rocks.

I agree with the review saying they are very stingy with portions. I did not actually get anything from this establishment as I walked in and saw how little rice was being put in the bowls. I walked out and would rather take my business elsewhere.

I love chipotle so will continue to visit. However Ive had several visits at this location past 8pm when they are out of chips and crispy taco shells. I try to time my visits when I know the supply wont be low!
