This has been my favorite place for years. The owner Lloyd gives the best service to his customers and is more than willing to please them if they are dissatisfied, he is also head sushi chef and will make any custom thing off the menu you want. My favorite dish in the world is here, vermicelli with lemongrass beef n egg roll. the restaurants kitchen is exceptionable clean (I do his permit) and sushi quality for fish is without par for price n value. Stop by, sit at the bar, have a roll and enjoy yourself.(Talk to Lloyd he has the tiger tooth and tiger arm tattoo, hell treat you right) Top dishes my friends and I like Shaggy Dragon, Vermicelli ,Fried Rice, Beef Pho, General Chicken, any Chinese Clay Pot

If there was a negative star I could give I would. No one greeted us, or even seated us. We had to ask someone to come to our table so we could order drinks and got snobby attitudes for asking. Had to call them back over so we could order our food (there wad only one other family in the place, so its not like they were busy) their food is HORRIFIC. the chicken in the fried rice tastes and looks like plastic. The sushi tastes worse than pre-made Kroger sushi. Not worth the money at ALL. Im pretty sure the lemonaid I ordered was expired . Never got asked for drink refils, its not very clean, the environment is not inviting, can safely say that we will never be back.

Fantastic pho! The waiters were very prompt and friendly. Within seconds we were seated and the waiter came to take our drink order. I ordered the special meat combo pho and my boyfriend ordered the house special pho. We also ordered some spicy tuna sushi and eel sushi. The food came out so fast! And it was very delicious. The broth was amazing and the portion was huge even for a small! The sushi was fresh and very tasty. I would rank this one of the best pho I have had in the Houston area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bowl of pho.

Came in and waited forever to even be greeted. Waitstaff seemed to be annoyed which really dampens the experience. My friends food [cooked food] came out quickly whereas mine was very delayed [sushi]. Our third friends food [sushi] order seemed to have been forgotten entirely. Finally when i mentioned how unacceptable this was to pur waiter, he just nervously laughs and literally told us that he didnt know what was going on. The food was tasty but the horrible service left us with a bitter taste. Esp when we all finshed our food at different times.

The pho and noodle dishes are well made and large in size and cost about $7, cant go wrong. Vietnamese egg rolls a must. Sushi and sashimi are twice the size of most places and are very good. Hand rolls are wonderful. Chinese food is typical for the area. Ambience is minimal, service is pleasant but spotty. Loi, the owner is there 12 x7 and makes most of the sushi. He is definitely the chef you want. He knows everyone who has been in the restaurant twice and is loved by his clients. A great place to go, we have been there at least 40 times.

I happened to stop here on the way back home from Houston and what a pleasant surprise it was. Ive traveled all over the world with my job and have had some fabulous sushi. Up until now the best was in Okinawa, Japan. But now, I must say this is hands down the best sushi experience Ive ever had. The sushi chef Nuk was trained in Japan and uses different flavors and sauces for each type of fish. It was the most flavorful Sushi I had ever eaten. I am taking the family back to Houston with the City Pass and will definitely eat here again.

The food was great but the service was absolute horrible. The young guy seated me 15 mins passed and he never came back to even asked what i wanted to drink. We call the waiter over and placed our drinks and food order. My bf wanted a clarification on the menu and the guy did not know much about the menu. The food came out quick and it was really good. It took forever for them to bring the check. I gave three stars because of the food and the lady sever who took over at the end when we were trying to pay. She was very nice and helpful

We went to this restaurant based on the review but were very disappointed. It took them a very long time to come get our drink order. The spring rolls we ordered were very good but the sushi we ordered was horrible. It took them a very long time to get us our food and when they did it tasted like it was very old. One of the worst experiences I have had. We had to go to the front register to pay because our waitress never came back. Even the fortune cookie we had at the register tasted old. Would not go back to this restaurant.

I got pho to go. I ordered a large and a small both with round eye and meat ball. Ten dollars each and I get it home---hardly any meat or soup! The containers both were half full of soup. Then there were two pieces of round eye in each container and three meat balls. For both a large and a small! They really got cheap w my order. I wouldnt be upset if it was like six dollars each but for ten bucks a bowl I should get a little more meat. Id post a picture but I dont see a way to do it here

Went into Pho An & Sushi Bar to order Pho to go. Made my order, paid, and sat down to wait. After 25 minutes of watching people be seated, ordering and served food, I went to the counter to ask what was taking so long for my order. It had been sitting on the counter for more then 15 minutes. The individual that took my order, never bothered to let me know it was ready. Went here because someone told me it was really good. The pho is really good, be but the to go service was not.

Ive tried a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes. I havent had a bad dish here, and Ive tried their entire menu. Their Bun Bo Hue couldve been better, but that is a complicated/expensive dish to make. If youre expecting American-oriented customer service, then go to an American restaurant. You cant try different cultures without accepting the difference in social-culture. Weve been coming here for years, and will continue as long as I still live here.

Recommend? YES! Atmosphere is folksy, welcoming, light-hearted. Lots of open space, nice aquarium. I ordered Filet Mignon Pho for $9.00. Im looking forward to excellent beef broth and lots of food. UPDATE: Spectacular food! Broth was super beefy, beef cooked excellently, and now am filled to the top with food! Service is attentive, clean, quick, friendly. Food came out so quick!! I came here 05/06/2016, around 12:30 PM.

Ive probably been to over 15 different pho restaurants between Houston and Dallas and Id say only 2 have perfect bun thit nuong, this being one of them. Everything tasted fresh, the pork was amazing, food was served quick, no complaints! The spring roll appetizer tasted great as well. And the hostess was very polite when I walked in too
