We started off of course with chips and salsa - extraordinarily good salsa. Delicious and intriguing Shrimp corn tortilla tacos cooked in a sweet and savory Chipotle sauce. This dish was accompanied by a nearly perfect Pico De Gallo and a respectable guacamole that was laden with fresh onions. The only thing not stellar was the bland rice. Also for Friends of Dorothy out there....the eye candy was fantastic there amongst the cowpokes.

Had chicken enchiladas and a crispy taco and chicken fajitas. 2 different hot sauces were served with the chips. The hot was hot without much flavor, the mild tasted like canned tomato sauce. The queso was good and the crispy taco was excellent. Sliced chicken breast for the fajitas was excellent as well. Beans and rice were average. Would return if in the area but I wouldnt make a special trip.

Management is awful.. Service was awful.. The restaurant stunk of onions every time I decided to give it another shot.. so prepare to smell like their unclean restaurant all day long. Food was less than exceptional.. and seeing one of the managers outside smoking while greeting people in was absolutely embarrassing to see. 2 stars for trash.

The food is very good here. There have been very few things Ive tried that i did not like. The staff is friendly and they tried to be helpful. It took a little long for my take out order but the waitress was apologetic and went to check the status of the food as soon as i asked.

I come to Dos Chiles because I am not a Taco Bell fan. They are the only TexMex that will substitute to what you like. They also have fair prices & good waitstaff. The Chicken with mole sauce was excellent.

Great TexMex food. Phenomenal service. I reccomend stopping by on Friday night amd trying their Cilantro Grilled Catfish with their secret recipe tartar sauce.

Salsa tastes like tomato sauce, chips arent any good, food is bland and is of no quality, sweet tea is real good, service is good. Food needs improvement!
