This jewel of southern cooking is a fixture in Granbury! Open for breakfast and lunch, its always busy. The service is friendly and good, especially for the amount of people they serve. All of the food is well prepared, tastey, and very reasonably priced! Their pies are excellent!! Worth the drive from Fort Worth. Ive eaten here for years. The early crowd is the geriatric locals, with the younger, late risers showing up around 9:00.

Seat yourself casual comfortable atmosphere. Local spot, retiree hangout. Always love the food, best hash browns in town, biscuits, and chicken fried steak. Fast and friendly service, same staff has been there forever and theyre great. Our fussy toddler wasnt a great guest the last time we went, but no one gave ugly stares and the waitress went with the flow to help us out and didnt make us feel unwelcome at all.

Firehouse Cafe is the physical embodiment of "Country Facebook" in Granbury. Whats Country Facebook you ask? Its where you get the lowdown on whats happening around town by seeing and talking to people IN PERSON. It works pretty well until somebody asks where your "Like Button" is. The coffee is bottomless. The service is top-notch. If youre looking to kick your day off in Granbury, you cannot beat this place!

We recently moved to Granbury and everyone kept telling us to go eat here because we would like it. They were right! Best place we have tried so far. We both had the 1/2 order of Chicken Fried Steak and veggies. Plenty of food, plus you get rolls/cornbread. Wait staff were amazing as they helped each other. Our tea glasses were never empty. We will return!

Always pick the breakfast place where the parking lot is full of cruisers, squads, and fire trucks.... Per the recommendation of my neighbor at the counter, I ordered the "open face". Huge Biscuit, crispy Hashbrowns, I chose sausage and eggs over easy, covered in gravy.... Mmmmmm

Omg, this cafe is by far one of the best places to get pancakes and coffee. The service was very kind and the atmosphere is like a cafe, it even has firehouse antiques! My dad got the scrambler and it is amazing.
