I drive 18 wheelers and have wondered into a multitude of bbqs all over Texas. What do I like in bbq? Smoke, after all, thats what sets bbq apart from just seasoning steak and throwing it in/on the oven. I tried 4 corners boudain and brisket, as brisket is the the one meat I always ask for, a star is lost only for comparing to brisket I preferred from other bbq places. It wasnt as smokey tasting as the boudain they have, and it wasnt as juicy as some places where the fat literally falls off the meat as you pick it up, no, not nearly that juicy even. However, it is good, and the sauce is definitely worth some to go. However, Im one of those who believe that great sauce is often just a cover up for poor bbq, thats not entirely the case here, but I do recommend you use some of their bbq sauce with your brisket. As I am a guy who orders burnt ends any time they are available, you might be very pleased with the meat just the way it is. The cheesy chicken chili soup is awesome. I asked her to exchange a side and Id pay the difference for the soup, and never shall I regret it. Its great soup if its available. The boudain was also quite good, no complaints. The decor is efficient, and very comfortable, theres a lot more room for people than it looks from outside. The workers were stressed out tho, it is busy here, definitely a good choice for a business in Texas. The baked potatoes are very popular, I didnt order one but I seen that 50% of the plates the server brought through the door had one, so that might be something worth trying. All in all, when comparing bbqs with bbqs only the top 5% would get 5 stars from me, but this place would definitely be within 15% anyways, and the prices arent awful either, as with most bbq places. You can do much worse at $11 for two meats that came out with decent portions

My question to the management/owner: "Do you realize the clerk asks for tip when charging on card?" Now after standing in a line waiting to order for 20 minutes, "What am I tipping yall for?, the wait? to make my sandwich?.. and because I said no, Is that why - I got a chunked chicken over sauced no onion sandwich? The "chopped" chicken consisted of a large chicken breast broken into three pieces drowning in too much bbq sauce. I am one of the best tippers as my daughter worked for 12 years as a waiter. But to ask if I want to add a tip, is Too much to ask of this "diner". While I waited for total of about 30 minutes, I did witness that they would walk the food tray out and call out number until customer calls them, was that when the "tip" was incurred? Yes the product as been good before, but rushed business now has them pushing out Not such a good product!

Great bbq! No fries. Pulled pork was perfectly seasoned and the ribs were fall off the bone tender. Light texas smoke style. The guy behind the counter refused to talk but i thinks its because i drove up in a prius. If your worried about ambiance, your in the wrong state. Will plan to stop here again on our next road trip to Austin.

Great food. Not just BBQ. Try the steak. The sides are unbelievable all made from scratch! Sweet potato with brown sugar and butter on top. Loaded baked potato. Smoked pork chop with broccoli casserole. The ribs are perfect. And the smoked boudin is amazing.

Had 4 Corners BBQ cater our company family day. Everything turned out great. Great food and always great customer service. I highly recommend them. If you want great BBQ stay away from drive thrus and go enjoy a family atmosphere at 4 Corners BBQ. Great Job!

Evrything you want from a bbq place simple 3 meat plate i chose ribs boudin and sausage to go plate first disapointed only one piece of bread i understood why wow evrything was delicious been living one year here cant understand how i missed this place

Went here for lunch. The lean brisket tasted like it was out of a warming chafer, I couldnt even taste any smoke even though it had a smoke ring in it, the potato salad was okay, the service is excellent. Maybe I shouldve tried their famous ribs...

Food was awesome, hot things were hot, cold were cold, and absolutely no complaints. Sauce was awesome, but you really did not need it because the meet was so good. When we came in, the place was packed. But we had a very short wait. All good.

Not only is their food great but the owners are great people too! They donated food for a benefit that I was doing for a little girl with that was needing a Kidney transplant! I thought it was very thoughtful! Thank you 4 Corners BBQ

Food is good but over priced. 10 bucks for a baked potato is to much. It had very few toppings and not much meat. Company lunch place at best. 3 meat plate of ribs only scored me 5 bones with little meat for 13 us dollars:(

Hands down, this is THE best barbecue house in four counties. Prices are reasonable. Get a fine steak on Fridays, and terrific pork chops on Tuesday. Barbecue and boudin on any day. Boiled crawfish in season. EXCELLENT !

Good Texas barbeque. Very friendly staff. Clean tables and facility. I had the brisket sandwich. Very good BBQ sauce. Other party had the baked potato with everything. So big had to share. Will come here again.

Great food! Great service! Ill keep going back... but not on Mondays. You cant go on Sundays or Mondays because they are closed. Tuesday through Saturday they serve up some of the best barbecue around.

Passing by on road trip I saw it rated 4.4 stars on google maps. Meat and corn lacked flavor and the BBQ sauce had a weird taste. So NOT 4.4 star!

My husband and I have had lots of bbq over the yrs. Four Corners has to be the best. The meat was done prefect and so were the sides.
