I live in new Hampshire and there arent any sonics there so when I come to Tennessee I love to get a sonic shake. I just went there to get a shake and I click the button, no answer, so then I wait 5 mins, click it again, again nothing. I waited a total of 30 mins clicking the button and honking my horn and never got a answer. This was at 11pm and it closes at 12. This place was for sure open because there was even music playing.

One of the managers (an older lady wearing a tennessee vols shirt on October 1st at noon)was out talking to a teenage boy at his car. they were using horrible language and he was talking about drinking and she was encouraging teenage drinking by saying she was his age once too. Sonic is suppose to be a family place. They wont see my family there again.

Waited 20 minutes for a cheese Coney. When it is finally delivered it wasnt even cooked! They where extremely busy but thats no excuse to serve food that wasnt cooked. The manager on duty Morgan blamed not having enough people in staff. I understand being not fully staffed but absolutely no excuse to serve uncooked food. Ill never be back.

The store manager there is a big laugh, not funny. You lost business because of her. Everyone I know will never go to that Sonic again. I think her name is Rhonda??? RUDE , Service sucks and when complained we were told we could go else where cause they didnt need our business. The drink was wrong I just wanted it fixed.

Ordered a grilled cheese and tots with cheese. The bread on the grilled cheese was not buttered and the tots had hardly any cheese on them. 3rd time Ive been there in 2 years and always the same food quality. Such a disappointment.

Its great when new employees have been trained in. The wait time has gotten better. The only thing I dont like about it is the prices and the low selection of healthy food. But thats the whole chain. Not just this one.

Not impressed. Onion rings were tough,and all American hot dog seemed to have been cooked a while ago, Display screen didnt work so girl had to take my card and ring it up elsewhere.

Bunch of cant get rights. Their speakers cant hear you, you have to repeat 3x what you said. Then when you ask for light ice, your cup has more ice than beverage.
