Absolutely the worst , the dryest food ever!!! We had a group of 7 , had to wait until our number came up..lol there were possibly 6 couples in the entire restaurant, it took our server around 20 minutes to even recognize that we were waiting to order, after finally ordering ( with nothing to drink) they brought out the most dry food, it looked like it had been cooked hours before.. horrid, horrid, horrid. The Restaurant was so hot ( I dont know if they were trying to cut down on the electric bill or what their problem was...one thing is for sure ( our group will NEVER eat there again)

Terrible experience. We ordered fajitas and they seemed microwaved and so dry. We were kind and told manager who took entire untouched skillet away and brings back owner who basically says we are liars and he has never had complaints...he never brought back anything to us but a bill sent to us where we were charged $30 meal for just eating the crunchy dry rice and beans! We should have known by the empty lot and poor slow service! Terrible.. Customer satisfaction is not their concern

Service is slow and the language barrier with some of the wait staff is an issue. I have gotten an incorrect order twice.. and it was hard to explain what was wrong with the order, because they didnt understand. Food was just "ok" when there are several other mexican restaurants to chose from in Springfield and Greenbrier.

Service was poor. Waiter was slow and offer no water or anything. Ordered frozen strawberry margarita. It was watered down and lacked strawberry flavor. Fajitas Jalisco was dry and low on flavor. Will not return again. El Mo is much better.

Came here for lunch/ drinks...everyone very friendly and food pretty good.. Came here on 4th of July because everything else was closed that we wanted to go to...ended up being a really nice time...glad we came...basic TeX Mex..

Great service! The waitress recommended a few cocktail options for us to have with our get together lunch. They were also extremely attentive. Are beverages were never empty, and are chip bowls were always full!

No. Just dont. Choose any of the other Mexican restaurants in Springfield. Any of them. We ordered Micheladas. The worst Ive ever had. The food was cold, and dry. One visit was one too many. Never again.

This restaurant has a deep menu which allows even some of the pickiest of eaters to still find something that they will both eat and like...the atmosphere is modern, yet authentic feeling at the same time.

We stood up at the front desk and waited for 15 min total. We never saw a waiter or talked to anyone. The service here sucks. I wont ever go there again.

Chips were ok. Didnt seem homemade. Salsa was good. Chicken and Rice was really good. dont know why the parking lot is always empty at lunch????
