Weve been here multiple times over the past couple of weeks. We ordered a cake in person for pickup in one week. We received a follow-up call to ask for the date it was needed. I showed up to pick up the cake and they couldnt find it at first. When they did find it, my wifes name was misspelled. They had someone try to correct it. While not perfect, it was passable. The lady gave me an additional credit for the error, so that made it a little better. While waiting for ~15 mins, I saw one of the staff playing with the food containers flipping them on the pass through counter. Im assuming his hands were clean, but I wouldnt want my food served in that afterwards. The staff was very lethargic, yet still pleasant. We stopped in again today for a treat for the family and the experience was much better, which is why I am giving a 4 instead of a 3. The service was as expected. The staff was friendly and we were checked on by someone walking around the dining room checking on all of the guests. It shows they are trying to make an effort.

Went in to get a burger and chicken finger meal. Chicken was ready in less than 5 minutes. Burger was still not ready at the 15 minute mark. Asked what might be the issue and was told that drive thru has priority and they were sorry...2 minutes longer I asked for a refund...Manager on duty asked me what the issue was and I explained my situation...Was given an excuse that the additional staff just arrived and didnt see what the issue was and was reminded drive thru has priority..I said had I known that I would have gone through the drive thru.....I asked for a refund of my burger..Was given a disgusted look from the manager but finally received my refund...

Ordered Two Ice Cream cones came out sloppy, ordered four chicken boxes had to wait 25 minutes for them to finally come out after going in there twice, first time I went in I asked for a lot of papers towels and lady joked with me and was tried to play with and I also asked where my chicken was and she said chicken like the food like the box or like a chicken chicken. She thought she was so funny and when I said can I just please have the napkins she said calm down can you not take a joke?. And still had to wait another 5 minutes before having to go in again and then we finally got it after we went in. Worst service Ive ever experienced ever. Pitiful.

The food was decent after they finally got it right. The staff on Saturday evening is a special sort of incompetent. It took 25 minutes for them to bring us some lukewarm food. My burger was cold and had the wrong condiments. It was replaced. Then they screwed up the dessert order. I ordered a Butterfinger and cookie dough blizzard. I was charged for a Butterfinger blizzard and a cookie dough blizzard. Manager fixed this as well. Very disappointing overall experience. Not going back.

DQ has great food and ice cream. They never have their parking lot lights on. Safety issue. They had run out of a certain blizzard flavor and substituted another flavor without asking. Thete was not any ice for the drinks. Forgot one blizzard. The last time we were there, they flipped the blizzard over and ended up in my lap. But still love the food and ice cream.

The ice cream is good but the drive thru line is always very long. We always say at the speaker that we want lids on the blizzards, which they always forget, and cram it down on top of the cups. This causes ice cream to leak all over the sides, us, and our car if we dont come prepared. Usually not worth it but my family always wants to go.

We stopped in on Sunday at 10:30, so after they stopped serving breakfast (but we didnt know that), and we really wanted biscuits and gravy. The staff was very friendly, and said that is was not a problem and even brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us. Everyone was very nice. The place was clean. Best service I have had at a Dairy Queen.

Usually pretty amazing.We probably visit here way too often but dipped cones are love dipped cones are life. The only problems weve ever had is a rare long wait time in the drive through, a misunderstanding about chocolate chip cookies and butterscotch but it all worked out.

Very nice, clean restaurant but service is terrible. Out of chocolate ice cream and aruging among staff in front of line full of customers. Long wait time between ordering and receiving food. This is my 3rd visit thinking this place will improve....so far it hasnt.

Ice cream was good. Burgers were somewhat cold on stale buns. Restaurant wasnt very clean. We were there on a Sunday night. Spring Hill fast food isnt particularly great anywhere on Sunday night.

Worst DQ ever I keep thinking it will get better, but it doesnt. Do yourself a favor and go to another DQ and avoid this one at all cost. You will get bad service and melted ice cream.

I am a HUGE fan of Dairy Queen, especially this one. I LOVE their food, the service is wonderful, and is MUCH better than McDonalds and Flemings. DQ is my favorite place for food ;)
