Pretty good. However, the Haddock dinner was not as good as usual. Carrots were water logged, the haddock had a different corn meal coating than usual and was dryer than normal. This is very unusual for this particular item. The fried apples were not solid pieces, as usual. Were smaller and broken, like scrappings from the bottom of the bucket. Also, not as many. The Pinto beans were unusually not as well cooked. Of all the many times we have had the Haddock dinner selection, this was not our usual experience of it being delicious and tasty. I surmise that the regular cook was off duty for the holiday. Our waitress was excellent.

KeAndre provided ten of us excellent service last Saturday morning at our table, but the guy who seated us had to be nudged somewhat to get us going. We checked in and there were at least 20 tables open, and the parking lot was not full. The guy told us it would be just a few minutes....but after 10 minutes of watching him seat smaller groups, I asked him about it and he said, "Im waiting on a party to finish eating". I suggested he put two tables together, and the light bulb came on for him. The food and service was excellent as usual, but the guy up front needs to not do whats easiest for him.

We think twice about going to Cracker Barrel Spring Hill TN lately, but the last visit was the worst. It is hit or miss whether you get good service or food. Last two visits were really bad. Slow service and it was not very busy and the waitress would be better suited at a DMV in Pittsburg PA or something. Their advertised Campfire Fire menu completely gone by 6pm. Order was cold when we finally got it and some things were missing, uncooked and over cooked food. The manager is inattentive to the customers needs as I watched complaints from almost every table around us. What happened here?

I love cracker barrels food. Unfortunately, everytime I call for a to-go its taken over and 1.5 hours just to receive it and there has always been something missing. This has happened three times now. It got to the point where Ive asked for a manager and no one would return my call. I have worked in the food industry for six years. I have experience to know mistakes happen, but at least be more accommodating to the customers that keep coming back after so many times of mistakes.

Have been there twice now. Usually love Cracker Barrel but both times at this location my food has taken forever and then was cold when I got it. NOT my servers fault. Both times they were running their butt off and had way too many tables to serve but were still sweet and as helpful as they could be. The hostess is so unhappy looking and never smiles and they really need to work hard at hiring more staff. Very disappointed.

First off came on a Sunday at 11am. Big no no. Talk about packed. However the wait time was none. It was my wife me and 2month old daughter. Food was great hot and fresh. However the service was horrible. Damien to be exact along with the other mindless zombies of staff just didnt seem to care about work at all. If you choose to eat here you will have good food but awful service.

Competent breakfast food and generally a clean place to eat. The chicken n dumplings are pretty tasty. Its turned into a usual spot for brunch when I want something cheap but competent. However the service ranges from very good with some great conversations and service, to "I wish I went somewhere else.". Ive had a few rather awful experiences with the one waitress.

On our visit tonight they were out of green beans, pumpkin pie, sweet potato casserole, mac and cheese, Cole slaw, Diet Dr. Pepper, and we could not order our food the way we like it because it slows them down preparing the orders. This is the worst visit I have ever had here and we eat here a lot but I will be a really LONG TIME.

The table we were seated at had water all over it. Had it dried. My fork looked like it had soap all over it. Tried to dry it with napkin. It helped some, but still looked bad. Asked for another one. Our waitress got a new fork for me. My potatoes were room temperature. Did not complain, but this place could have done much better.

We live nearby and have been to this location numerous times—even on Thanksgiving Day one year. The service and food are always good-to-great, and its a nice value for the money. Cracker Barrel Country Stores are pretty consistent across the country in my experience, and this one is no different. Recommended.

Took too long to get coffee. THE waitress did her best but had too many tables. My eggs over done biscuits were not very good gravy very thick and starchy. Bacon over cooked pancakes were crunchy. Chasher ripped the receipt through it a way before asking me if we wanted it.

The food is ok. It is not worth sticking around when there is a wait because the store makes me feel closterphobic when there are dozens of people packed in with their products. The pancakes are usually great, but today mine were undercooked and cold.

This is the second time in four weeks we have eaten here and the food was unsatisfactory. Soft scrambled eggs came out so overcooked a fork stood straight up in them and this time the pinto beans looked like they had water in them instead of soup.

As we love the country style food, weve struggled with good service and warm food over our past several visits. We keep going back thinking that it will go back to the way it once was! I hope others have better experiences than weve had lately.

The food is usually very good, but not a great fan of the level of service/accomodations. The dining area is too crowded and you have to be concerned that your chair is bumping into the person behind you, etc. Service is hit or miss as well.

Always enjoy coming here. The menu is great for kids too. We have never had to wait long on busy mornings and theyve been accommodating to gluten free diets as well. Weve never had a bad experience here.

Not enough servers for thanksgiving. They told us 1 hour wait we waited 2 and a half hours. Alot of people around us were complaing about rude servers and host.
