Wish I could give negative stars.. Tried to go to the Goodlettesville location two times now and each time we have been treated extremely rude by the employees. Both times they were out of something pretty staple specifically on both occasions no waffle cones! Last time they were actually out of the flavor ice cream that I was asking for also… This time we could over hear the customer in front of us being told they were out of something as well. The light has been out on the sign with the flavors for over a year now making it impossible to see the choices available. This last time when we were told that they were out of waffle cones yet again my husband asked to clarify if thats what he said since he could barely hear him through the microphone and he replies "thats what I said!"..not sorry but we DO have waffle bowls or regular cones or if you want to wait 20 mins, we can make some..even as a kind gesture! I understand things happen but this is definitely a mismanagement issue 100%. The worst part is I believe he may have even been the manager! As a franchise owner myself, I would not tolerate this at all. Both times we drove to the other location in Hendersonville 20 mins away and had a good experience. Do NOT waste your time going here!! Most likely they will be out of icecream anyway..

Terrible experience. First of all you cant even see the menu cause the light was out. we asked the server if they knew the light out was out and they replied, matter of factly, yes we know its out. No apologies for that inconvenience. She then asked if we wanted to come inside to actually see a menu. No we came through the drive-through for a reason. We ordered chocolate ice cream. But they were out of regular ol chocolate. Really?! We ordered a butter pecan scoop. We got praline. Ordered a rainbow sherbet. They dont have that either. Ordered rocky road since they were out of chocolate. She comes back to window and says "that was jamocha almond right?" And the cookies on our warm cookie sundae were not even warmed up. Moreover they tasted like they came over on the Mayflower they were so stale. We thought we were being filmed for a reality show it was so comically bad. Its a shame such a great franchise has such poor service and quality. Wont be back. I now see why they are so poorly reviewed.

Everytime I have went into this store location I have tried to order the 31 Below and the staff always would tell me that the machine isnt working and is in the process of being repaired. The most recent time I called before I went and one of the employees mentioned that on several occasions that the staff is just too lazy to refill the machine. That is something you dont tell a customer over the phone. I have followed up with corporate most recently today about this issue and have been told I should hear something from the store within the next couple days. I believe it when I hear it. (At least the people I talked with at corporate were very nice about the issue and are sending me a gift card in the mail for the headaches Ive had to deal with.)

Rudest employees in Goodlettsville. You would think with all the complaints on here and Yelp the management would straighten some things out there. Stopped by this morning to get coffee and the young lady working in the drive thru at 7:15am was unbelievably rude and argumentative. I havent been there in months because it seems to be a reoccurring disappointment when I stop there. I left without anything because I refuse to give my hard earned money to a establishment that has such lousy management. I dont care how good the coffee is, theres other places that appreciate my business, so thats where my money will be spent. Seems like DD should educate on customer service!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. I was not served. Your wonderful employees closed early. The young lady who came to the door fussed and moaned and kept shouting at me, do you want me to call my momma, shell come up here, you cant talk to me like that. I just trying to talk to a Baskin Robbins employee to find out we she closed early. She was so quiet when I first knocked on the door, she went back in to get someone else and came back without anyone else and started shouting over and over. So disrespectful, just too lazy to do her job. Just a lost customer.

I love Baskin Robbins - but this one is pretty crappy. Dirty store even though it wasnt busy. Lights out in the cases so you couldnt even see the ice cream. Dark in the store due to half of the lights being out. And, heres the real kicker, out of regular vanilla and chocolate ice creams. How does that happen? A good and convenient spot, but a poorly run location.

Went today and experienced the worst customer service ever. The girl that served us was either high or stupid or both. We had to talk her through our SIMPLE order three separate times,changing it once to simplify it for her. She had no clue what flavors she had. It was pitiful and quite frankly, sad. Wont be back, its just not worth it........

This place consistently has the worst service. They have half as many ice cream flavors as every other baskin Ive ever been to. Definitely fewer than the 21 flavors they are famous for. Every worker there behaves as if they are doing you a great and arduous favor.

Horrible service almost everytime I have been to this location. Several times arrived prior to posted closing time they have locked the doors and so not answer at the drive thru. Unacceptable!

Went on a Saturday night at 8:40 and Doors were locked and sign says closes at 9:00! Multiple bad experiences at this location!
