We had a coupon for this restaurant, so decided to try it for dinner. We were seated fairly quickly. No waiter/waitress arrived for 5-8 minutes. Finally one showed and took our drink order. No mention of appetizers or food. After drinks were brought many minutes later, our order was taken. 20+ minutes later food is delivered. Food tastes great. But the service is why we will never come here again. Drinks werent refilled once. I had to ask for steak sauce, ketchup and drink refills. Even the manager walking around seemed to miss our table in the corner. We have a decent expectation of the level of service but today that was in no way met. Just an absolute disaster of a meal. Ending with the manager making excuses and offering free dessert. I highly recommend just avoiding this restaurant and going somewhere else. Youll have better service ANYWHERE else.

Service was good...but disappointed that your company changed up the garden bar. was very disshelved looking...not nice and clean and orderly. Also disappointed that the trip play you had was changed. The chicken looked like something I get my grandkids from zaxbys just smaller...like a toddler size.. Not sure if I want to come back to see what else has been thrown to the side even though I have had everything on the menu just about. This is the exact reason I stopped going to outback. They changed up the portion sizes but increase the cost of the food. And by the way that was about 3 or 4 years ago.

Driving through town and wanted to eat a restaurant that got us points with our credit card. Was NOT expecting seriously good food and service. Garden bar was fresh and clean. Crispy veggies and spinach was not soggy (hallelujah) Husband ordered medium rare and actually got medium rare! seasoning was a little saltier than we do at home but he ate the whole thing! I got the grilled salmon. Skin was crispy and not too salty. Fish was juicy but cooked all the way. Server, Rebecca, was so awesome and very friendly, prompt, and professional. When we drive east again, we will stop here!!

We eat here occasionally. Today I had the petite sirloin it was cooked perfectly but was grizzle mostly. Hard to cut and even harder to chew. I left about half of mine simply because there was no way of eating it even when a friend tried to cut it in small bites. The salad as always was delicious. We ate about 2:30pm. They were short on staff and slow with service.

The ribs are finger liking good. The staff works together as a team to please the customers. The dining room was clean as well as the parking lot. We were asked at the proper intervals if we needed anything. Our waitress was attentive. I had a memorable time with my family, God in Christ is good.

Best part is the salad bar. Its definitely top notch with great variety and premium ingredients. Occassional server or cook flubs, but the managers are on top of it if the smallest thing goes awry. I would give them 5 stars if theyd bring spaghetti squash back!

Our waitress did not give me a refill our whole visit. She rushed us into ordering. Didnt bring all of our order once we did. She was very rude when i had to go up and ask for the check my self. We had a very bad experiance. Will not be going back.

Its an average restaurant. Its been around for a while. The food is good but the service is hit or miss. I normally have a cpl ruby relaxers and forget all about the crap service. Lol.

I really like the salad bar and cannot pass up the wonderful pumpernickel croutons. I cannot give 5 stars though, they no longer have the delicious biscuits, sad to hear.
