Went to get a prescription filled because it was recommended by the dentist. The clerk took my information but seemed a little put off that I would come to get an antibiotics filled for free. I did not set this policy and its not effecting you so deal with it. He told me it would take 30 minutes or less to fill and I told him I would wait. 45 minutes later I went to see what was taking so long. He stated he messed up a number and he was processing it now. All in all it took about an hour to finally get my prescription. I will be just go back to my other pharmacy for any future needs.

I usually have a great experience when I go to publix pharmacy. Today I decided to grab dinner as well. I went to the Deli to grab something fast and my husband asked the older lady behind the deli counter if they had pre made pasta. She looked at him like an idiot and ignored him. My husband may have tattoos but he is a business owner and very respectable. We will only use the pharmacy drive thru from now on.

This is a wonderful store! It is clean and the staff are very friendly. The buy one get one free deal cannot be beat. I have heard others think Publix is pricey, I disagree. The products here are of a better quality than other stores in Lebanon. I shop here often and find it an enjoyable experience as opposed to a terrible one at the other nasty, dirty stores in Lebanon.

Everyone always says Publix has higher prices. You get what you pay for, first of all. EVERY store employee is held to a higher standard, so the shopping experience is much more pleasant. When I moved from another store to here, my grocery bill for the same items every week only went up around $10. Id gladly pay a little more for friendly and fast service.

Best publix I have visited!!!!! the most friendly staff.... and the pharmacy staff is my favorite. they are beyond helpful, available and competent. Ill pay my extra $0.29 cents on my avocado to have such a clean store and great staff. also, kudos to the sweet older gent in the fish dept. Hes so helpful!

As former Floridians, we miss our Publix Supermarkets. So we occasionally drive from Cookeville to Lebanon just to shop at Publix. The store is always clean and well stocked, employees friendly and helpful, and love those BOGOs! We are looking forward to the planned Publix for Cookeville.

Love it there. Most everyone is so friendly & helpful. Prices have gotten much better & great produce. Please keep carrying Drakes products (especially Ring Dings)! Your store is the only one for 20 miles that has them.
