Went to this Panera 3 times in 3 days. First time they didnt have the bread I requested available. They never called to ask what to replace it with and we ended up waiting an extra 45 mins before finally I went up to ask what was taking so long. They finally said they were waiting to fix the bread type on 2 sandwiches that they didnt have in stock. In the end they added vegetables I asked specifically not to add. Second day we got the right order but it took 18 minutes after it was supposed to be ready to receive. The third day we again had to wait 15 minutes extra because again a type of bread wasnt available and they only attempted to call us once to ask us what to replace the bread with, but the call never got through. Again they added veggies I didnt ask for and this time added Chipotle mayo instead of regular mayo. They redid the whole order so the other part of the order could be fresh as a courtesy, but the one that we were waiting on originally was the one that got most messed up. I get this is the only Panera in Murfreesboro, but at least attempt to reach out to us when you cant finish a request so were not wasting 30 minutes or getting wrong orders where a food allergy may be a concern.

I called and spoke to a manager today that told me they wouldnt deliver to our business here in Murfreesboro. We are 3.8 miles from the store, but they will only deliver 2 miles from the store for individual orders. If you have a catering order, they will go anywhere in town. Even though we would have 10-12 orders that would add up to the same amount as a catering order. In this day and age that is not good business. Many people have food allergy and cant eat the same things as someone else. Most people want to be able to order what they want. I was very disappointed. I know they have delivered to us in the past, and I even had someone come to our business with free samples. I guess they have gotten to snooty to serve their customers. We will just go spend our $150 at Jasons Deli. FYI...Jasons Deli is 0.8 miles from Panera Bread here in Murfreesboro. Just incase you want to take your business elsewhere. LOL! :)

Panera Bread is run by Awful People, they treat their employees like cattle and work them to death. They have to respect of any employees their. As soon as you get close to full time statues they fire you. A complete disregard to the idea that if your employees are treated well then perhaps they might be willing to go above and beyond their job and fulfill the duties of their work. They are unwilling to give employees any kind of break or raises even when their company stock is rising. As a matter of principle NOBODY should EVER eat at this place.

I have to come back to Panera every now and again just remind myself its not good. Waited 22 minutes for an overpriced "quinoa" salad. Mostly just a bunch of romaine lettuce, 6 tiny pieces of kale and some speckles of quinoa mixed in. $12 for that and a tea. Meh. I normally come here with the intention of getting something healthy thats not fast food but its really not much better than Wendys. The bagels and pastries are always really good. That saves it for a 3 star instead of 2.

One of the Customer Wait Staff Employees was scratching his ear with his gloved hand and did not change gloves afterwards. Just poor food handling practices there. Add this to other events Ive seen at Panera Bread makes me not to ever go back there again. It doesnt matter how many free Bagels they want to offer me. The Manager needs to train his employees on proper food handling practices. Are the gloves to protect the customer or the employees.

Well I must say I was excited at first with my visit too this Panerai bread. I ordered a steak and cheese panini but ended up getting stale burnt bread that had steak and ham in it. And the side bread was extremely stiff. They were very rude to my gf while she was retrieveing our food. I also have no idea why I got a buzzer when they yell your name through the building when its ready. Very disapointed with my experience.

We used to love Panera bread. As of a few months ago I dont know what has happened but there is no consistency. Sometimes our meals are good and other times there is hardly any chicken or lettuce in my order. Tonight, my son had a hair in his noodles and I had another in my meal. Very gross. I was very excited about their 100% clean menu but the additional natural hair additions isnt what I was hoping for

Somewhere in the middle on this one. The food can be good, really good, yet it can also be really bland. Atmosphere is definitely great. Some of the complaints about this place are kind of silly. Put sugar in your tea! Thats LITERALLY what sweet tea is, just fill your cup to about 3/4 sugar and then add a hint of tea, BOOM your sweet tea is made.

I used to love panera bread. It was always good food. But now my meals are cold and not cooked thoroughly. Just got pink chicken in my sandwich. And they dont have sweet tea anymore. Just unsweet tea and next to it is a bottle of cane syrup. Management is also horrible. Corporate needs to come in and freshen up the staff with some good employees.

Slow and sold out of a lot on a Friday. Otherwise great service. Employees were generally apathetic to other customers needs. You cant give someone a flimsy plastic cup for hot coffee... Besides all that - its the same great Panera you are accustomed to. Tasty food and a decent place to eat and relax.

Ordered delivery with soup, drink and 99 cent bakery treat. Tipped generously only to discover that the associate who carelessly packed my order forgot the butter I requested. Baguette was hard and too dry to eat without butter. Most expensive campbells soup and dry bread Ive ever had in my life

Love the food! Its so good. My only complaint is that yall got rid of your regular sweet tea! And it was really good when yall had it. Now they have like 4 choices of fruity drinks (which are good but I dont want fruity drinks with my cheesy soup) and unsweet tea and cokes...

Exceptional customer service! They were so busy they forgot part of my order and also forgot to charge me for it. They quickly acted and sent someone to deliver my food 20 minutes away, and also sent a huge box of COOKIES!! I will highly recommend them to anyone.

My favorite place for great food. It would be nice have an employee circulating in the table seating continually to wipe down table when one guest finishes before the next guest sits down. Especially this time of year when colds and flu germs are everywhere.

This location can get really busy and you may have to wait. But the salads are really delicious. I like to pair a salad with a 1/2 sandwich (the Frotega Chicken Panini is great). There are plenty of sweets here, too, if thats what you are looking for.
