Being raised in the south I was very excited to try a restaurant that had biscuit in its name; unfortunately I was left disappointed. First off, I loved the charm of the old house made into a restaurant. The staff was very polite and friendly too. I ordered the Maple Bacon biscuit and hashbrown casserole. The biscuit was $2.50 and only had 2 bits of bacon in it. The only flavor that came through was the maple flavor. The hasbrown casserole was very creamy and good, I would order that again. My husband got the biscuit and gravy. Ok when you order this they do warn you that the gravy is not a southern gravy but has rotel in it. Well you could tell by my husbands face he was not happy with this information but ordered it anyway. The biscuit was big and fluffy. It had great texture and flavor. The "gravy" on the other hand was NOT gravy. It was straight up Rotel. You know, the kind you make with Velveeta cheese and you dip a tortilla chip in? I would NOT order that again. Total cost for 2 biscuits , gravy and 1 order of hashbrowns was $10. Way over priced. I left hungry. In my opinion, if your going to have a biscuit restaurant you should really offer a selection of gravys: sausage gravy, chocolate gravy, and since the owner really likes their rotel, then that too. Until they lower the price and offer a better selection of gravys, I will not be back. Good luck. I feel your restaurant has great potential.

Charming place, friendly staff. Excellent coffee and unique selection of sweet biscuits (think cinnamon, caramel-chocolate and blueberry-apple) and coffees. Everything we had was great with the exception of the "house gravy," which was not really gravy at all. The gravy is a mix of cream cheese, hot sausage and rotel (much like you eat with tortilla chips at parties) - too spicy for me at breakfast and just odd spooned over biscuits. The meal would have been better with just a southern milk gravy. Otherwise, the experience and meal was unique and we would go there again.

A little expensive, but I love this place. However, last time I ate there I didnt get much gravy for my biscuit and gravy. I asked for a side of gravy, and was even willing to pay for it but they wanted to charge almost as much as another whole biscuit and gravy! Good food, friendly staff, not so good prices.

I ordered the biscuit and gravy and it came with one very good sized biscuit. The gravy is unique with tomatoes, but I really like it! The mixed berry biscuits were amazing; there were a lot of berries in each one. The peach were good, I would have liked more peach. Will be back!

Original and delicious biscuits. If youre in the mood to try something new and different, this is the place for you. We really liked the hashbrown casserole and the sweet biscuits more so than the savory ones. The prices were also very reasonable. My family loved our visit.

Went today and got their Bacon Cheese pie, Chocolate Covered Strawberry Biscuit and Peach Biscuit for our breakfast. Delicious. Biscuits were big, thick, with lots of flavor. Parking is only problem (at least this morning) - people were parking on side street when I left.

If I could give zero I would. 5 dollars for one tiny biscuit with a big bowl of ok gravy. What am I supposed to do with the rest of the gravy? Menu said came with 3 mini but only got one small biscuit. The biscuit? Not any better than cracker barrel and way more expensive.

Biscuits were fresh and soft. Very flavorful and the service was great. They ran out of the items we wanted but it was really good. Menu is a bit limited but what they do they do it really well. Bonus on the shineworthy tea!

My wife and I went here for breakfast on Saturday morning. The food is delicious and very creative. The coffee is very flavorful, and the staff is great. Highly recommend the sweet biscuit co.

Quaint. Unique. All tasty, even the coffee. The sausage gravy and ham and cheese are both made with peppers which wouldnt be my preference but cant deny its delicious.
