Ive been here multiple times and I love it. The food is always awesome as well as the service minus one particular waiter that i get plagued with on some occasions. I dont know if it is his real name, but his employee badge says "Nacho".Nacho has waited on me twice total since ive been going to this restaurant and both times were equally as bad. The "Nacho" experience includes the following: you will be ignored. He will spend most (and by most i mean 90% of his time) chatting with other employees at the bar. You will have empty glasses. Because he is never around to offer for refills or anything else. You will have to bother other waiters for things you need. He doesnt offer any chips once you run out. ( This restaurant has always offered chips and with every other waiter, they offer a new basket when you get close to finishing the first) In fact, he didnt even bring us chips at the start. Another waiter did his job for him. If something is left out of your order, youd have better luck finding the nearest waiter or you could go to the bar and tell "Nacho" to do his job, but .. this is the service industry right? He does come around to check on you, once every 10-15 minutes. In this time you can see the other waiters eagerly engaging and checking on their tables about 3-4 times before "Nacho" will appear once. When you do get that refill; please make use of this opportunity to address any other things you need because he does a "drive by" drink delivery. He will sneak a refill on your table and quickly wander back to the bar to chat with his friends. I love this restaurant, i love the food, and i usually love the waiters and overall quality of food and service this place brings but being served by "Nacho" brings it all down. So if you get served by "Nacho" do the right thing and ask for someone else to wait on you because if you get "Nacho" youll be waiting on him.

MY FIRST TIME HERE AND BOY LET ME TELL YOU WHAT (YES IT WAS THE LAST)!!!!MY WIFE ORDERED THE SOOO CALLED FAJITAS SHRIMP AN CHICKEN AN MUSH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE STEAK STRIPS BUT IT LOOKED LIKE HAMBURGER MUSH....I HAVE HAD LEFTOVER HAMBURGER BEFOR AND THIS WAS WORSE THEN THAT..I HAD A BURRITO SO THEY CALLED IT THAT WHEN SHE BROUGHT IT TO ME AN SHE WALKED AWAY I ASKED HER WHERE WAS MY BURRITO SHE SAID ITS ON THE PLATE UNDER THE TOPPINGS IT WAS THE SIZE OF A WALLET AN THATS NO JOKE IT SAID THAT THE TOPPINGS WOULD BE INSIDE IT BUT NNNOOOOOO IT WASNT...AS SOON AS MY WIFE WAS FINISHED EATTING THIS $#!! SHE GOT SICK AN THEN IT HIT ME REAL HARD AFTER WE GOT HOME YES I MEAN BOTH ENDS!!!! $43.20 IN THE TOILET..........BUT SERIOUSLY TO ME IT WAS LEFT OVER MEAT.......

Food spills not cleaned up. They were present when we arrived at about 7 and still there when we left after 8. They were busy but not crowded so someone should have gotten to it. Also, the server kept forgetting to bring this or that dish. He forgot half my order, half of my son in laws order, had to be reminded about drink refills. This was a 3rd strike and possibly the last, although 2 months ago we said never again but tried again for another fail.

Went for lunch with my husband and 5 kids on Saturday. The food was great but my complaint was that our server a big Mexican guy was really rude and didnt have a pleasant look on his face. Just rude a kept interrupting me as I was trying to tell him what my kids wanted. I mean 5 kids takes a minute to find out what they all wanted. Great food , Bad service. My husband always give awesome tips but the big guy didnt get anything.

Currently here for lunch with my son on spring break. Service was not good. The big guy (Altura -sic) just grunted and took order. No refills on salsa, water and drinks. They were not busy for 1:20 pm on a Tuesday. Food (fajitas meat) has been better, chips tasted old as well. Buyer beware... not a good experience. By the way, restrooms could need a touch up from time to time during the day.

My friend told me not to bother, but we -wanted to give it a chance. I need to learn to trust my friends. The salsa was basically ketchup, everything was covered in flavorless cheese and the chile rellenos were freezer burnt. I always try to find something positive, so the atmosphere was nice and the queso fundito was pretty good, but we should have gone elsewhere.

Service here is always top notch. They lose the star for the meat for their fajitas. The chicken fajitas are made with the tiniest scraps of chicken I have ever seen. Everything tastes good, service is fast and consistent. But I cant figure out why all of the chicken here is so messed up. Even ordering a chicken breast once, it came flattened extremely thin.

The worse service Ive had in a very long time. I will not come back. I do not give bad reviews except for now. The server was a jerk and charged us for stuff we didnt order. I discovered it bc he never gave me an itemized receipt so I went to the manager. The server over charged me $14 for a party of six. I hope this dude is gone.

We were seated quickly and a gentlemen brought us chips and salsa, but no waiter ever came. The only person who spoke to us after that was some other costumers little girl who was wandering around the dining room soliciting funds for her dance troupe. After waiting about 17 minutes to place a drink order, we decided to leave.

Been here alot and loved it but will NEVER NEVER COME BACK THE PLATE OF FOOD HAD ALOT AND WHEN I SAY ALOT I MEAN ALOT OF HAIR IN IT JUST SO MUH I WAS ABOUT TO GET SICK ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER AND HE CAME AND SAID HE WAS SORRY AND THATS IT SILL HAD TO PAY FOR MEALS WE DID NOT EAT CRAZY!! $43.78 FOR NOTHING WOW

This is one our favorite restaurants. Service is good and quick. Even when its busy they get you right in. The food is great...we would recommend it to our friends. The only thing I would change is their chips ..they are very thick...and we like thinner chips. Otherwise, everything is great!

i have never left a review before but i refer to others reviews all the time, as soon as i was done eating i was pulling up this site. honestly great food, some of the tasiest mexican food i have ever tasted ton of food and a drink for $8. definte favorite.

Came on a Sunday night. Food was great service was even better. A balloon artist made my 4 year old sons day and was entertaining to both my wife and i. Ive been here several times and never had any other reason but to give 5 stars

Service is always excellent. Queso fundido is amazing and all fajitas are good especially the rio bravo fajitas or the Nachos Guadalajara but I recommend getting them over rice instead of chips. You wont leave hungry
