Two footlongs were ordered one being a steak & pepper jack cheese & wanted extra cheese got home starting eating, there was no cheese at all. So i called up there she ask me to call back til she found the guy whom made my sub after i called & called several times each time phone line was time well 2 hrs later i got threw the girl said she never found the employee who made sub so she called the manager. The manager told her to tell me to come back an get the cheese and to bring my receipt, we didnt get a receipt although we eat subways often we usually get our receipt. It wouldve been a waste of my fufuel an time to drive back (20mins) from home to get the cheese , wouldve just wasted my time to go back without receipt. I wasnt looking or expecting anything free but they couldve made the sub right and gave me a discount for there screw up. That will be the last time in that Gordonsville Subway. For what the cost of the steak & ccheeseis they couldve of atleast made it right but not even so much as a apology. ANOTHER LOST CUSTOMER IM SURE WERE NOT THE ONLY ONES , Ill be sure to pass the word on ! Losss in sales. Cause they sure dont care about there customers satisfaction! !! You have to literally beg them to put either double meat or vegetables on a sub and when you do it isnt very much. I asked for bell peppers and I received three, the same case with jalapeños. I told the woman I know three times to put a lot of stuff on it and she didnt. This is likely something that the owners of the subway have told them to do. I would go to the one in Carthage.

Good food, terrible service as far as it was for me. My entire family wasnt treated in an unprofessional manner but I sure was. I dont know if it was something against my skin color or just girl cattiness. I wouldnt deal with the customer service again. All I received was eye rolling from the two ladies and a cranky attitude.

Im gonna say this.. I worked here for about 5 months.. This place is nothing but drama and I promise you guys they do not care if youre happy or unhappy.. very very expensive also. They are very mean aggravated people.

Very clean, newish building. They did a nice job with coordinating the materials use to decorate and cover the floors and walls I think . The staff was friendly. Lots of parking
