The food is Chipotle, and it doesnt leave anything to be desired vs any other Chipotle. As for this particular location, things can be a little off sometimes. Its close to where I work, so I do go pretty often. Inside, things are run well enough, but I have placed several online orders, and they have yet to be ready when I arrive several minutes after the time I was given. The only exception to that was once when I intentionally showed up half an hour late, just to avoid that problem. Interestingly, on this day they had shut down the entire restaurant for an hour because they were short-staffed. This was about 12:30 - peak hours! - on the Friday before Easter. (Thankfully all online orders were ready this time!) If I were the manager Id have been irate! The fact that they were short-staffed didnt surprise me. I can only guess the exact reason for it, but somewhere, someone (or a few someones) on the team here did something unprofessional - maybe they took off for the holiday weekend and didnt coordinate with the manager, or maybe the manager made a mistake. Anyway, coupling that with some very nice but often head-in-the-clouds employees, this location could use some polish. Still, it is Chipotle. They often are crowded not because they are slow (they actually move pretty quickly inside) but because they are genuinely popular. It is worth noting that this location isnt taking online orders anymore, at least not now as I post this. EDIT: Ive read a few remarks about smaller portions, and it did seem that my last couple of meals werent as generous as they have been, or are at other locations. Figured it was just me. Worth noting. Anyway, thats enough wining and complaining. Its still Chipotle.

I used to eat here two times a week. In the last month their staff has taken a turn for the worst. They cannot wrap a burrito to save their lives. The last two times I went there, they destroyed the burrito and asked me if I wanted them to re-wrap it... as if I would say "No...I love eating burritos that fall apart as I eat them!" When they re-wrap burritos, they dump the existing contents into a new burrito... the problem is that about 1/3 of the old contents are stuck to the old tortilla... and on top of that the layers of flavor that you usually find in their burritos becomes a mangled mess. Their solution? Two times in a row now, they just dumped a crap ton of guacamole on the burrito and re-wrapped it. The end result is that I have a burrito that has so much guacamole that it overwhelms the flavor of the rest of the burrito. If I wanted a guacamole burrito, I would have ordered one. I have been going to Chipotle for 14 years, and I love the chain... but I will NEVER again go back to this one. I know it sounds silly... but it has a huge impact on the taste of their burritos... and if you have had this happen to you before then you know what I am taking about.

Extremely disappointed! The past 2 Sunday nights my husband and I have had Chipotle here. Last Sunday the line wasnt even long but it took FOREVER. The staff had no idea what they were doing. Tonight my husband went and picked up Chipotle for us. He actually sent me a picture when he got there to show me how long the line was and that there was only 2 people making meals. He told me they were stingy but I was in shock when I opened my veggie bowl. It wasnt even half way full and I get almost every topping.... I am finished eating and I am still starving! Not to mention that the chips we got are EXTREMELY stale and unedable. I am upset that we paid for it and will probably have to go get more food in a minute. Not sure if it is just the Sunday night shift that sucks... but I wont be going back again!

The food here is about par for Chipotle in general, though sometimes a little lackluster. The service and cleanliness though leave much to be desired. Its usually hit or miss, but even the hits are mediocre at best. Trash cans overflowing, out of most of the napkins/forks, bathrooms/floors/seats/tables all dirty, with the staff standing around and no-one in line. Then the line explodes, and they move slow as molasses. There are times where there is no-one in the front, and Ive had to grab my own spoon as they wont leave them stocked with the forks. It is unfortunate this is the only location even close to us.

Im an avid Chipotle client. Any time Im traveling I find a Chipotle as my rest stop. This one I have visited numerous times and have consistently received below par service. 3 out of 4 times my rice was undercooked and hard. 2 out of 4 times they have messed up my Togo pick up order. 2 out of 4 times theyve been out of Guac or another topping. I still plan on going because its the most convenient Chipotle location to me, but I feel it is far from par to every other Chipotle Ive been to.

I have been a huge fan of Chipotle for about 12 years and was thrilled when they finally made it to middle tennessee! I have always gotten smiling faces and great customer service. The food is fabulous! I agree with the other poster that lately they cant seem to find anyone who knows how to wrap a burrito to save their lives. Hopefully, theyll do a burrito wrapping training and I can change my review to 5 stars!

This is the worst chipotle Ive ever been to. The person making my burrito didnt know that the tortilla needed to be cooked. Are you kidding me? Both mens and womens bathrooms were filthy. There were empty toilet paper rolls on the floor and it looked like someone ejected a burrito in the middle of the room. The drink machine ran out of ice. Place is a dump.

Worst chipotle Ive ever been to. And I LOVE chipotle so much! There were literally no tables to sit at because of how dirty they were. There was spills and rice all over the floor. When they were making my bowl I watched as someone wiped the counter and brushed stuff from the dirty rag into the chicken container. It made me loose my appetite being there.

If youve never had Chipotle, its a must. One thing I love about it is that the same meal never tastes exactly the same twice. Its always delicious, but sometimes its just exceptional. That tells me that theyre using real ingredients, not a ton of preservatives. This location always has customers, so be prepared to wait a few minutes.

I love the brand and the food is great. But this location seems to have some issues. Over the last several months they have run out of basic food items and supplies. This past Sunday they completely closed. I have experience poor food prep and it always seems like I am getting lesser service at this location on the weekends.

I ordered the same burrito I always do except this one ended up being the size of a taco. when u asked about it at the register, I was ignored. so I asked again and dismissed saying that I can get a much food in my burrito as I want, except meat and guac...

The person who made my burrito tonight should be demoted to mopping the floors. The portions were skimpy and there was no effort put into wrapping the burrito, it was at best folded, the ingredients not distributed. Pathetic. I love chipotle and I have never been so disgusted at a chipotle location as I am tonight.
