The service here is terrible! Stopped and tried to order a sub 25 minutes before close. The worker slammed a container down and looked at me with disgust as I approached the counter I attempted to order my food with the rude welcome I got only to find that they had turned off the heating thing that they heat all their meat in before they toast it. The girl told me that they close in 5 minutes I looked at my clock and I go you dont close for another 25 minutes she argued with me for longer than I would have taken to make the sandwich and then told me have a nice day. I left at 8:40 p.m. with no sandwich. They closed at 9. I will never stop here again

For the LONGEST time, there has been only one person working during lunch hours. It is the SLOWEST experience ive ever had. I speant 30 minutes in line, just to get a 3 minute sandwich. They lose alot of business just bc of this reputation. All the coworkers at my new job told me but i tried it anyways and they were all correct. THIS PLACE IS SLOW>

Great experience. Although staff and service was a bit untimely, they made sure my sandwich was EXACTLY how I wanted it. Even gave me a free sandwich after I told them the bread was slightly too toasted to my liking. Very eager to please and open to suggestions. Great tasty subs.

One person working and doesnt know how to make more than one sandwich at a time. Tried to make 6 and wait to ring up the first person till the last sandwich was done and now the sub are cold.
