Went here for the first time on a Saturday night with 8 people total. The restaurant just opened, so I expected the wait time for a table to be awhile. It took about 30 minutes, which is pretty good. We were seated by a hostess, but we did not get to order anything for about 15 minutes. Finally, our waitress came and she got orders for drinks. After ordering the drinks, it took about 20 minutes to actually get the drinks. However, the waitress handed the wrong drink to one of the people at the table, which was actually mine. The other person already drank my drink, and the waitress went to get another one, but took my friends drink also. I think we should be able to keep that drink since she made a mistake. After that mess was over with, we had to wait another 20 minutes to actually order our food. After ordering our food, it actually came out rather quickly, which was great since we were all starving. So we actually had to wait for about an 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our food from the time we reserved a table. Luckily, the food was very good. However, we were sitting out in the patio area, which was connected to the actual restaurant. The heater from above was roasting us like chickens and we told the waitress to turn the heat down. Solution? She opened the door on the side when it was freezing outside and we got blasted with really cold air. Our table decided to close the door and roast instead. The temperature eventually got fixed. Overall, this was a pretty bad experience. I have heard from someone else who went on another night that they experienced similar poor service with the food orders being wrong. This place is not very big either as they have an area outside the actual restaurant with covering over it to fit more people.

Never again will I be going back. Last night was my second time there and it was ehh. The new menu is over priced for the food. I was not happy when a small nacho app had barley any thing on it (chips cheese and meat) was $8. Portioning was a handful there and a scoop there basically. My wife got the Mushroom and Swiss burger with chicken. The bun was bigger than the chicken she had more onions than chicken and like 5 very small mushrooms and 1 large one. Her side was sweet potato fries that were over done and had no taste to them. That was $10.50. For myself got a Bacon cheeseburger and the patty was a decent size but the bacon were 2 small measly strips for $10.50. Atmosphere is okay but nothing to really to call home about. Its loud (without anything special going on) so cant really have a nice conversation with friends. As for the girls I am not too impressed.

First time Ive been, second time for my husband. Had the Pub pretzels for app and BBQ Mac & Cheese... both were REALLY good. Hated to stop eating. Elissa was our waitress- super sweet and came and let us know that the kitchen had overdone our pretzels and it would be a few minutes because she had sent them back and made them re-make for us cause she wasnt going to bring them to us like that- I mean, really? Can you beat a waitress that looks out for you like that? Also, she was great to check out one of the dishes for my food allergy not only with the kitchen but the manager to make extra sure. Best waitress ever.

I go for the bar, when Im drinking beer Its ok since you cant really mess that up unless its just flat. I would usually rather have a cocktail but have trouble ordering the simplest and most common drinks. Martinis and Manhattans should be no trouble for ANY bartender. Even a bran new bar keep should be able to follow a cocktail recipe. If there are not any books or guides on the computers then management should consider this investment. Also, cell phones today have great Web browsers and the Internet has a plentiful amount of cocktail how to guides and even videos.

The Food was precooked and dry out. I got the Irish Chesse Steak for my Lunch. When I got it the fries were hotter then the meat on the bun. the top bun was hard as a rock. The mangers do not care they see everyone come to try out this new place and no offer to fix what the line is doing in the kitchen. I wish thier was a place to mark below poor on food that what you get hear. If want get beer and hang then it ok. but save your money and find your lunch and dinner at differant location. visted on 10-31-12 during lunch

Went here with my wife, and a coworker after work one day. The appetizer was good, and the drink selection was nice. Food got to us fairly quickly, and our waitress started off great, but by the time it came to pay the bill she was nowhere to be found. When she did come back the table next to us, and hours had been ready to leave for a while. You could tell she had been crying and having some sort of personal issues going on. Other than that bit of awkwardness it was nice. We may come back.

They charged me more for my food ($5.85) then when I asked them to fix it my husband add a shot to the bill ($6.99) instead of the manager coming and apologize and letting us have the shot for "free" ($1.14 less than what it would have cost) and not fixing the bill they charged us twice meaning 48 hours be for the first bill will get refunded. Maybe Im just tideous but I am a former waitress and my husband is a former general manager and we would have both handled the situation differently!

Great atmosphere, very cold beer, food was bad, then good, now not so good... its a work in progress. Wish the national chain would let the owner bring the Prime Rib back - that was literally the reason we came back after giving it a try last year. Sadly, they are not allowed to serve that here anymore =( We love Jill and Matt - our regular bartenders, and a few of the other regulars too. The high turnover rate makes us sad, but were glad they are moving on to happier things.

My wife and I went in there for the first time, we enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. Great beer selection, the food we ate was very well done tasted great no complaints at all. Really enjoyed the atmosphere people that were great accommodating helpful and always ready to serve. Were looking to buy a house here in Clarksville and we discuss that this would be a regular place for us to come perhaps once a week.

Time at restaurant: 2 hours Service: Saw the waitress 3 times and we had to tell her we were ready to order by flagging her down. Food: Burgers were cooked well when ordered rare and medium-rare. Got a whole five onion rings that looked like they were thrown across the kitchen on the plate. Overall exprience: I would rather go to Burger King than eat at this establishment ever again.

Some of you writing negative reviews must work for other restaurants and just trying to bring the Kilt down, I go here frequently, food is great, beer is even better, the women are gorgeous. Never a problem with service, lots of TVs to watch, Play pool if its not busy. I love this Tilted Kilt. I normally get the big arse burgers, quite possibly one of the best burgers in town.
