my husband and i met up for lunch today. we were not immediately greeted, but were finally seated. the waiter came up to us and said "drinks..." we gave him our order, unsure if he heard us because he wasnt even standing next to our table. he walked away and soon brought out drinks. we ordered our meals and everything was fine. my husband then found a chicken bone in his chimichanga. the waiter just so happened to be walking by when my husband announced to him that there were bones in his chicken. the waiter, again, too busy to attend, said he would give us a discount as he was walking away. it wasnt so much about the chicken bones, its more that my husband could have choked on it, or this couldve been a childs plate and a child could have choked on it. instead of bringing out a manager to assert the problem, he just walked away and offered a discount. we then ordered dessert. the first dessert we ordered, they were out of, so we ordered a different one. a fried ice cream that came in a tortilla bowl covered in sugar. we get out dessert and there is no sugar on the bowl. now, it may seem minor, but when something specifically states there is sugar on something, you expect there to be SUGAR on the bowl. we get the waiters attention and tell him our problem. he argues with us and tells us its a different menu item we are confusing it with. we blow it off and get our check. once we go up to pay, we let the woman who is taking our payment know that we found chicken bones and that their dessert description is mis leading. she simply looks at us and says "ok..." we stare back at her and i ask if theres a manager. finally, a manager arrives and we describe our problems. he also argues with us about the sugar, giving the same argument the waiter gave, also getting a dessert menu to prove us wrong. well, guess what!? it specifically says there is sugar on the tortilla bowl. he shrugs it off and tells the cashier to give us $3 back. now, this isnt about sugar or a chicken bone, this is about the way these issues were handled. because of this, getting slapped in the face with $3 and a lack of care to take care of the problems, we will definitely never be back. thank you, poncho villa, for slimming down our choice of mexican restaurants to eat at :]

Most of the food tasted good (refried beans tasted funny), but service was terrible. The waiter we had got us drinks and then didnt come back forever. B-I-L had to go ask for another glass of water while waiting. When the waiter came back, he started to take the order and then walked away in the middle of taking it without saying anything. When the food came, which wasnt an overly long wait (they were semi busy) and he didnt bring cheese dip we ordered for the previous dinner chips and missed bring a quesedilla. He took my soda glass and brought me water instead. Barely enough silverware and my B-I-L had to go ask for that too! I approached the waiter and asked for the quesedilla and told him about my soda. He says what were you drinking and doesnt even apologize. Then on the bill, he tried to charge us for the undelivered cheese dip at a rate of $3.69. My wife disputes it and they ask the waiter and he tries to argue that we did get it. At least they took it off the bill anyway. I wouldnt return based on the wait staff, but would go for the food if you have time to waste and patience without 4 kids that barely ate anything.

If anyone thought this place had good Mexican food, youve been eating to many MRE enchiladas. They gave my 3 year old spicy beans and her rice had jalapenos in it. And it came off of the kids menu!!!! Their service was awful, when we arrived there were three ladies at the front counter chit chatting while my family and I were waiting for their conversation to end to get seated and then they just starred at us. The enchilada they gave me had no cheese, I ordered a chalupa and they gave me a tostada and then the waiter started telling me it was a chalupa because it didnt have any meat in it. Save your money if you feel like Mexican food and go to Taco Bell.

Their food is not consistent. 2 of the 3 times we went, we were disappointed. The first time our family tried them when we first moved here and it was pretty good. My husband and I went another time for lunch and it was horrible. The meat in my dish was salty and my husbands was bland. My meat was salty to the point I couldnt eat it. We gave them another try a few months later and the food just wasnt good. Moes Southwest Grille is seriously better than this.

We stopped here on our drive down to Kissimmee, FL. We were traveling with a group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 10yo kids Everyone was satisfied with the food. I ordered 4 chicken soft tacos and a side of rice and was pleasantly surprised. The tortillas were warmed on the grill and the chicken was extremely good. The restaurant was even vegetarian friendly for one of the other adults in our group. Overall, I would be back if ever in the area and am a fan.

My family loves this restaurant. The food is good. Prices are great. Not the best place to go if you are looking for quality service or a friendly atmosphere. They arent rude, just short with you when you order. Its an in and out type of place. We enjoy that part about it. No sitting and waiting forever. Dont set your standards too high and you wont be disappointed.

I would highly recommend whoever is feeling like eating Mexican grill this place is it! The food was awesome along with the salsa and the beer! And the best part was the service. They are fantastic here and super friendly! I accidentally left my $170 pair of oakleys here 2 days ago and the waiter held on to them for me! You cant beat this place!

My favorite little place for lunch. It might not be the best Mexican food, but its great for the area and I give it 5 stars because its as quick and affordable as any fast food with sit-down full meal quality and great portions. Service is excellent and there are always enough free chips and salsa.

It was absolutely horrible. I had to go inside to get my drink. My server didnt even ask me what I wanted to drink. He never refilled my drink. Never refilled my chips. It was horrible. If I could give it negative stars I would. I will NEVER eat here again

Good food along with a nice selection of beverages. Service is fast with a smile. Prices are reasonable. I would give Pancho V five stars if they used "yellow" cheese, had a Tex-Mex "carne" sauce & added a bit more tequila to their frozen margaritas.
