PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My wife has a rare disorder that doesnt allow her to eat many things. She ordered a taco salad and had them leave off most of the food that comes with it. She had them leave off the beef, cheese, beans and sour cream. All that was left was the shell, lettuce and tomatoes. She has been in before and they replaced the missing items with mushrooms at no additional charge. This week we ate there and they would not comp the mushrooms. I realize it is only a dollar for this addition, but the point is that my wife should not have to pay more money for less food. We approached the manager about the issue and he literally laughed at us and had no sympathy for my wifes disorder. This establishment cares so little about its customers that when we said that "we were treated poorly and wouldnt be back", the manager responded "oh well, we will still get customers". What kind of business would loose a customer over ONE DOLLAR!!! Dont eat here if you like to be treated like a customer who spends his or her hard earned money should be treated.

My son took me to Amigos on Brainerd Rd for my birthday, Although I had fun visiting with my family, the service in the restaurant was abysmal and the reason for the poor service was evident at the end of the meal when we discovered that the server had added a 10.00 tip to our ticket, we had 7 people at our table, he falsified the ticket and reported that there were 8 so he could add his own tip, and when we called attention to it with the manager, we were told that it was up to the server whether or not to remove the charge. That was our last visit to Amigos in Brainerd, but I would urge anyone planning to visit there to examine your check thoroughly.

Had the especial Guadalajara - chicken and Mexican rice topped with melted cheese and soft tortillas on the side. The chicken was a bit chewy and bland, but the rest of the dish more than made up for it. and less than $10. Free chips and salsa, a bit watery but the chips were nice and thick, and came out hot. My girlfriend had a chicken chimichanga: a bit too much sour cream, but otherwise quite good. The food came out very quickly. Pretty standard Mexican place. Next time Id probably try different place since theres nothing remarkable, but Im glad I went there. I was in the mood for Mexican and it hit the spot perfectly.

They sure know how to make drinks, but ill tell you what MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS DONT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH BEFORE A GROUP OF YOU sit right behind them talking crap about them in spanish.! Sad but true. They talked about me and my husband..well leta see how the tip felt. I shouldnt have paid for this meal, east ridge has amazing sefvice and thats whefe i will return everytime
