The location is very unclean. They do not change their gloves, they rub on the counters, go in and out of the freezer, and wipe off the counters with a rag that they use on everything, while continuing wearing the same gloves making your food. The workers get offended when you ask them to change their gloves. The manager wasnt of any help, and they all need to be retrained. Their isnt any wonder how and why people got sick! I will never visit this restaurant again. Cross contamination.

I visited the Dixie Hwy location on Sunday evening the 23rd, they wasnt crowded at all. We walked right in and had to wait to order cause they were out of everything and was making a call in order. The young lady who made the (3) orders for my husband and son to go wasnt very friendly at all!!! And the young lady who cashed us out had no manners at all, slung our food in the bag. The food was not great as it normally is and wasnt fresh

Ive given this location multiple chances but theyve messed up too many times Always "running out" of meats and such but in actuality theyre closing up early for some reason Rude staff and theyll disregard you entirely if you try and ask to have something made they dont have immediately available Im assuming the manager is primarily hiding in the back from the rest of the staff

Really friendly staff, wish I could work there myself because everyone there is young, fast-paced, and really social without sacrificing work diligence. They can be a tad skimpy on meat or rice though sometimes, and get a little too carried away with the amount of cilantro in their pico de gallo and rice, but Im generally always satisfied when I visit.

They run out of food one thing after another. They wait till the last minute to call back what they need cooked. If they had an expeditor to watch over the food so that they dont run out and then have you wait as people behind you in line go by and then you have to wait for something else that run out.

We eat here very frequently. We keep giving them the chance to improve but they just dont. out of the 7 times that weve been here in the past few months theyve always gotten something wrong. I dont expect perfection but I do expect what I ask for. I guess well be driving to Bridgewater.

Rcently went today and had the worst service at this location. There was no one in the line, but they rushed us and having multiple items did not offer a tray. When we asked for a tray they put on one the counter and walked away. Disrespectful employees .

Chipotle is great with the portions just not when you order ahead online they just throw your stuff together so youre better off going inside, its worth the wait around youll definitely get more for your money.

Naked burrito all the way. I dont mind the tortilla but being able to satisfy my hunger making sure I fork every last bite with Pico de gallo, corn salsa, rice, steak, and topped with sour cream.

Chipotle is my fave. This location has good friendly service. Even though there was a big queue when I came in the line went quickly and the staff kept smiling. Good food and clean restaurant.

Just like any other chipotle. Music was quite loud making it impossible to have a conversation. On 12/12/16 I visited and got a steak quesadilla the steak is so fatty I can hardly eat it.
