Im telling you...top notch quality brew with extraordinary pourers who gave my family and I the perfect recommendations for beer that tingled the palate, twitched my nostrils, and tangled my emotions. If that wasnt enough, the ambiance made me feel warm and fuzzy, like I was relaxing at grandmas eating snicker doodles and drinking hot chocolate billowing with marshmallows. If you happen to fall upon Spartanburg, SC and you have any common sense, I encourage you to grab a couple cold ones at the ol growler haus!

The live music can get a bit loud for such a small place. Unless you get a spot at the bar, the line to order beer really backs up. Its not the most efficient system, especially if you want to put in a food order and youre sitting upstairs where they are making it. Its not an awful place though. The staff is always nice and outgoing. Its a very comfortable place, even if it does cater to more of the "hipster" crowd.

Ok bar...but a little hipsterish. (is that a word?) For a bar that seems to caters to hipsters charging more than 2 bucks for a 16 oz PBR is a little crazy. Also they have service industry night but no love for educators. I just wanted the reduced price on the boiled peanuts but I guess broadening the minds of Americas future is not as respectable as waiting tables.

Nice selection of beers is about it for positive tbh. Staff was indifferent and place reeked hipster/boboism with its definite air of beer snobism and the IMHO overpriced offers. Not my style of place to hang out almost like a pretentious little brother to Seria Nevada but alas they dont even make any of there own stuff to sell.

Excellent beer/cider selection, knowledgeable staff, lots of comfortable corners for conversation, and a cozy outdoor garden. Its a great place to gather for game night--sports or tabletop!
