If I could give a negative number, I would. The last 2x Ive ordered, my pizza was over 15 min late despite placing the order ahead of time. The last delivery man who came reeked of smoke and alcohol. He gave me the wrong bill. When I told him it was wrong he was very confused (probably d/t ETOH usage). I signed my CC chg on my correct receipt. I call the mgr and let her know what happened and she LOL, like it was really funny? When the charge hit my bank account, the drunk delivery guy had changed the amount I wrote and helped himself to a tip. I called and spoke to the regional mgr about the fraudulent charges and he was supposed to send a VISA gift card to rectify the criminal activity. Ive yet to receive the cards. I guess now its a matter for the local police.

Im sorry I accept all sorts of problems with food. Over cooked, under cooked, late, mistake in orders but when I get another humans hair in my food or mouth its over. Disgusting where proper hair nets or hats when dealing with peoples food. Im not paying for pieces of you Im paying for pieces of pizza.

We live 2 miles from one store and 3 from another and neither store will deliver to us. When we asked why that is, the MANAGER said she would order at a different store for us and when we said no she hung up on us. Poor customer service. They lost customers.

This is the second time I ordered online and what I received was a big disappointment. The pizza isnt cut properly, and its gross, the wings are hard... What the hell?

Love the 5 dollar flavor meal deal. I would recommend pizza hut if your on a budget and looking for great tasting food. I also recommend the deep dish for 1$ more.
