This is definitely the best grocery store chain in the Myrtle Beach area. The quality of produce and meats is excellent. The prices are incredible and typically best Walmart which used to be the store I shopped at (mainly due to price), but Walmarts service leaves quite a bit to be desired and doesnt attract a very good crowd. You can use the Publix mobile app to clip coupons and create your grocery list which will automatically tell you which aisles to find your goods making shopping quick and painless. They typically have a number of bogos which a plus for our family. Service is definitely a strong suit: they are very eager to help, will unload your cart at checkout and even take your groceries out to your car. I would give the store five stars, but their pharmacy department experience was quite disappointing failing to fill prescriptions and making other simple mistakes which made us return to using CVS.

Hurricane Matthew is coming, and went here to stock up. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directing me to items I was in search of. Upon checking out, Tiffany, a friendly young lady employee assisted me in emptying my cart for check out, followed me to my car with the full cart of groceries, and assisted me in putting the bags into my car. Good experience at such a trying time. Keep up the great work Publix!

Theyre overpriced the only reason why I stopped at this Publix convenience do your main shopping at Food Lion at least you dont have to walk all the way to the back of the store to get your most common goods which would be milk bread eggs who the hell would do that somebody that wants to make you walk all the way through the store so he who would buy something else

Went in to buy $80 product which required customer service to unlock. He was extremely rude. We were treated as if it was a chore to be helping us. It took over 20 minutes to purchase this product due to the fact he stayed on his phone and kept putting his hand up in front of our face. This occurred in September, we havent been back.

One of the worest experiences I have ever had. Dont cash your pay checks there. The cashier Christine will short you your money. And when you call the store all the manager on duty will do is take your name and number. And will tell you someone will call you back. But they wont call you back.
