Just went to the coldstone/tim hortons locations downtown buffalo on deleware avenue. We got some ice cream , and I watched as the employees touched our ice cream without gloves on, totally disgusting as thy also handle money without gloves. Mentioned it to the employee and they laughed at me. Over the winter at this same location I watched the female employees making drinks wrong on purpose so they could then roll up the rim to win. And these animals want 15$ per hour and they are less than incompetent .

I attended this establishment on a Friday, the service was absolutely trash, the people were scummy and took forever, I highly recommend the main street location.

Cold Stone is not open anymore. Tim Hortons is open, but no ice cream. Dont be fooled by the cooler full of ice cream, its been there, untouched, for a month.
