I cannot beleive that I wnet to this Krispy Kreme Shop last night and they were out of the Classic Glazed Donuts. This is you livelyhood, its what got you started in the first place. This is absolutely uncalled for. I hate these franchise stores in MB. They never have the current limited selection and they never offer the corporate specials. I get these emails for specials and they never honor them and always give you some excuse that is always a lie as to why they dont offer them. for instance, when the lottery was at such a huge amount (over a billion) I got an email that said everyone is a winner- glazed donuts $4.99. went there was told that is only for the stores in the states that had a winning lottery ticket. Really? I got the email a week before they had the drawing so how did they knoe which states would have a winning number. plus the email said nothing about that. If that were true then everyone is not a winner. SO AGGREVATED

Stopped in a couple months back while on vacation. Wanted a few pumpkin donuts and a few regular glazed. A young man working there asked if I wanted fresh glazed and I said sure. 2 young ladies started to giggle and the young man sort of acted a bit agitated. Why ask and give that option if you did not really want to do it? Great product, I just wasnt thrilled with the reaction I receive after I answered his question.

Bought a dozen yesterday evening. The Hot sign was on. They were not Hot nor Fresh. These donuts was made 2 days or older. I will travel to Myrtle Beach from now on. I tried to get another one of them today, hard and stale. Went Thursday to the one in Myrtle Beach while the Hot sign was one and it WAS hot and fresh. The next day it was still fresh, not like the ones I got from this store. Lesson learned, never go back!

I dont know if its a regular business practice by overcharging people. I went in and got three regular donuts and three custom Donuts and got charged individual for all 6 instead of 3 and 3 which adds up to about 3 hours and 50 Cent difference which aint a whole lot unless you multiply that by all the people that comes in and gets overcharged

Ive always loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts. This location is great. Some KK locations give out free glazed when the light is on. We stopped at this one 2 or 3 times this week and never got offered one. Other than that, great service, great doughnuts. Much better than those cake doughnuts that the other place sells.

Normally I love Krispy Kreme . This location though is terribly disorganized and merely microwaves donuts passing off as freshly baked . Prices have gone up tremendously . Can be purchased at grocery store and microwaved at home much cheaper and still get that brand name .

It has to be Super--BAD, before I post a negative comment! Next visit I will drive to Myrtle Beach KK. I knew I was in for it from the minute I ordered at the Drive thru.I have Never heard such a nasty attitude, and then the window was a Beast in the flesh. Aweful !!!

I grew up on Krispy Kreme. It has always been my favorite doughnut place. I was so happy when they opened this one, as it was close to me. But now I have moved and there isnt one near me, so now I only get doughnuts if I am near here.

Oh this one is not the real deal. They do not bake there, just finish off. So the hot and now, is they out hot icing on the donut but it is not hot from being baked. Very misleading, such a disappointment

Terrible. The girl at the drive through service didnt care if I was there or not. At 7:30am, they were out of Doughnut holes and wouldnt have any until that afternoon? Pretty weak all the way around.

HOT NOW sign on during all business hours. They just warm your order in a pizza oven and apply glaze. Not actually fresh cooked doughnuts. Ruined a great thing.
