Had to wait for my order. The guy was a bit rude to me and swore up a storm in the back room. The large pepperoni was $6 instead of $5, when I asked when the price had changed he said he didnt know. He offered to upgrade the pizza of the woman behind me but failed to ask me. One of the pizzas was old and only slightly warm. Ill go exclusively to the one on reservoir ave from now on. Another complaint is that this location closes much too early to be relevant.

Does exactly what LC was created for. You walk in, ask for a pizza, walk out and go home. Dont expect the patron saints of customer service, their target demographic is people who dont want to wait or pay full price for pizza. They hand it to you, take your money, and say goodbye. Its Little Caesars, why am I reviewing this?! Oh right, I got hungry, looked up their open/close times and then fell down a Google hole.

ATTN LITTLE CEASARS OWNERSHIP. Your bussiness is failing because your employees and YOURSELF dont care. Employees swearing and useing the "N" word like we were in prison. (My kids were with me.) That was the worst experiance of my life. Would type more but it is time to get sick off the food. WARNING TO ALL!

Terrible customer service by far the worst out of all the little Caesars Ive been to. Last time I walked out bc I was watching them cough on food not wash hands and that was what I saw waiting in line to order never again will I go to this store from what I have seen because Im scared of what you cant see

Just about the rudest service I have ever seen. Extremely slow service. Each time I go. Pizzas are often made incorrectly, old, and/or not stocked for the quick pickups. Stay away from this one, go to the one on reservoir. Much better service and food.

If you like raw pizza this place is for you. Both deep dish and the pepperoni needed to be cooked more when I got home. Was not happy seeing the same person cooking and handling cash at the counter without gloves on. zero stars if anything they owe me.

It was about 6:30pm. I ordered 2large pizzas and a crazy bread. After waiting for 10 min. I asked for manager. Who was standing in the back and I could see him. He did not respond. Very disappointed with the whole experience.Will nnot be coming back.

Horrible and rude customer service, this is twice where i have walked in and was told that they didnt have wings available after 7 or quote that it would take over 30 minutes so it was too long for them to make them so .......

The Pizza is OK, about what you would expect from a low cost chain, But if your expecting "Hot and Ready", this location is often out of Pizza, and you will be waiting, I advise calling ahead.

Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Cranston. Have to wait at least 10 minutes for your order. Which wouldnt be a half bad wait time if they didnt advertise "HOT AND READY"!!!!!
