The people working here look miserable and are not at all friendly, theyre quite the opposite. After I ordered I was sitting at my table for 25 minutes till I finally got up and asked if my food was ready, they reached under the counter and took it out and put it on a plate for me. They said they thought it was a togo. Thats fine but you never called my name out. It was suppose to be a hot sandwich but it was barley lukewarm. If youre walking down Thames Street and youre craving a sandwich for lunch, keep walking youll be able to find many more places with friendlier staff and better service.

I come here for breakfast and lunch at least twice a week. The food is wonderful and so are the people. Whether you want something that is vegetarian or something with meat, I highly recommend the Peaceable Market as a place to eat!

Came in for breakfast the day after July 4th around 10am. Only had 2 bagels left, one of which was not a flavor I like. Coffee was bitter. Should have went someplace else as a last meal in Newport
