I used to order Pizza from here once a week for the past year and a half, as even though they are not the closest we liked them the best. Then over the past month I first got a pizza where the box had been tilted to one side and all the cheese and toppings were off the pizza. When I called to complain I was told I would be given a "credit" on my next order. the next order sure enough I had a 3 $ credit, for a 17$ ruined pizza. then tonight, our pizza arrived and was burnt, since I now check the pies when they get here I showed it to the delivery girl who shrugged. I called to complain and wound up getting argued with and talked down to.... They have lost my business and I hope you will think twice about ordering from them, as being accountable for their food is apparently something they dont care about

My friend and I drove half a an hour to get there to eat, one of our friends is on the staff, and we wanted to.try the food. I didnt know what I wanted, being tbat it was my first time ordering something there, besides pizza. I ask for recomendations my friend was the one taking my order, and since I also work at a food place, i was not trying to chit chat at that point. Her boss came over and kept asking if i was done, and if she was done taking my order. When we finished.she said, she has.others.orders, Rude from beginig to end. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Excuse me? Their were at least 2 other people there. And I am a paying costumer.like anyone else, and i drove.from another.town just to get there. I Already told everyone i.know.not to go there. I dont know how they still get business.

ALLERGY CLEANLINESS and RUDENESS ISSUES. Food is very average and people working there are mean. In Example. There is a sign that says let them know if you have an allergy before you order. I have an onion allergy and I told the very unfriendly woman working there about it The sandwich maker than proceeded to make my sandwich wearing the same gloves he had touched onions with. When I told the lady about it she rudely said "If your so allergic to onions you should not be eating out " I eat out all the time and order from many local places. I have always been accommodated until I went to the New York Deli. Also there is no point in wearing gloves if you dont bother changing them enough.

Amazingly rude, Ill agree. We waited by the "Phone Order Pick-up" sign until the 10 or 12 other customers in the regular line were served. When questioned about this, she told us we should have been in the regular line to be served. We were ignored when we asked why they had a sign for phone orders. Each employee asked how we wanted the veggie sandwich prepared, because they apparently dont talk to each other, either. Food is adequate.

Food is just OK, nothing special. Its right down the street from me and probably would go more often if the lady who works there wasnt so rude all the time. And when I say all the time I mean it. There hasnt been one time where I have interacted with her and wasnt so snarky and rude. The past few times I thought she might have been having a bad day. No, she is seriously rude all the time.

Yess finally decent Pizza in Waltham. Not quite NY pizza, but more like NJ pizza and the closest thing to it you will find in this area. I have been there ~ once/month since they opened. Everyone has been pleasant, and the food is consistently good. Delivery is fast and hot too.

I recently purchased a steak tip sub as advertised. when i got the sub it was beef stew meat.Terrible, its false advertisement or they just dont know the difference between steak tip and stew meat

Said 20 min for 2 sandwiches took 45 min. Plus asked for a Greek salad on a warp they gave me lettus onions an tomatoes? Guys are slow in action and in brainpower.

This is, hands down, our favorite local pizza place. We have, on occasion, had less than stellar service there, but never a pizza that wasnt perfect.
