It was my first time there through a recommendation, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was packed which made me think this was going to be a wonderful brunch. I sat down at the bar because I didnt want to wait for a table, I was starving. The first thing I noticed was the very hazy dirty glasses sitting upside down on the bar, the bar top was sticky. That wasnt a major problem but it spoke volumes about the cleanliness of the place. The server replaced the glasses and we placed our order, I chose a very simple dish called, "the basic", the way I see it, how can you mess up eggs and potatoes right? Well, the eggs were overcooked and the potatoes were hard, overtoasted and salty. I hate to send a dish back so I ate the eggs because I was starved and had to have something in my stomach. I tried to add ketchup to the potatoes to try to minimize the salt taste, and again I was disappointed, the ketchup bottle was so sticky with who knows what that I had to go to the restroom to wash my hands. Overall I would have to say, the English muffin was the best thing on my plate even though I could tell it was not as fresh as all the signs in the place would have you think. So I am being generous with the 2 stars, and thats just because the staff that I dealt with personally was very friendly, but I left the place disappointed and quite frankly shocked that it was so packed.

We called ahead for a table which was given away when we got there. The two hostesses didnt seem to be working together, often calling names the other just sat and this is what caused one of the two tables we were supposed to have be given away. They made no effort to let us know about the error, we overheard them talking and then asked. When we finally were seated, it took an extremely long time for our order to be taken. When the food arrived one item had very large egg shells in it and needed to be remade. Other tables around us had issues with food and we viewed others leaving due to their tables not being ready when promised.

I have been here three times...first time was great! Food was good. Service was excellent. Second and third times were so so. The third time was terrible. Ordered Quinoa salad and got nothing that was described on the menu...no black beans...tons of mushrooms. ..service was poor...maybe because it was close to closing any the waitress just wanted to go home...also maybe they ran out of ingredients listed on the menu...anyway...going one more time and after that , if service and food is good, I will be back. If not, there are many other places.

This place is really really good. The wait staff is very nice, and the food was amazing. They have great coffee, both iced and hot, and offer both pot coffee, and french press. I really cant recommend this place enough for a relaxed brunch. They do have quite a wait sometimes though, so keep this in mind. The first time I tried going, they had a 30-40 minute wait, and I wasnt able to stay. The second time I tried to go, they had a table within 10 minutes or so and we were even able to sit outside.

I love this place. The food is amazing. They also have an excellent selection of tea and coffee. My personal favorite is their eggs benedict, but they also have some amazing waffles with a lot of unique, interesting flavors. The atmosphere isnt very interesting, but I think that was on purpose. Its meant to feel simple and cozy. They only serve breakfast and lunch and tend to fill up prettt fast, so get there early

Great food each time weve been, but they need a new method for seating people and estimating wait times. I called ahead, arrived 5 min before the time I reserved, and was told it would be "a few minutes" which was fine. 20 minutes later, we asked again and were told "a few minutes". Thats not good business; give me a better estimate so that I can know what Im getting into. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Great food choices, clean place, nice atmosphere. We got to eat outside which was nice. Staff is nice but seems understaffed or unorganized. Looked like 4 people running the whole place, outside and bar. Didnt seem busy but took awhile to get seated. Took 3 trys to get more sugar from different servers.

I go there for breakfast and it is a great spot with fresh food. You dont get standard breakfast options, everything dish is unique and often is centered around a bit of healthy plate. Tip: You can call in advance to get your name on the waiting list early. We call when we are on our way.

Loved the restaurant with it being winter time it was nice that we got to sit next to the cozy fireplace. Unfortunately my food wasnt as good as i thought it wouldve been my food was beyond salty. I will try them out again to see if i have a different experience.

Excellent service and food, I had the freebird. A combination of sausage gravy, potatoes and two eggs with cornbread. The added cranberries and walnuts was a great combination. Service was outstanding. Definitely deserves many more visits

Amazing brunch spot. So many good menu choices to list one; fluffy French toast, delicious Reese hot chocolate, French press coffee, and much more. It can get busy on the weekends so reservations are recommended.

Wow, the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. There was also a great selection of coffees. The atmosphere was really intimate but every table was full. It was just a really nice place.

The Mexican classic dish had more potatoes in it than anything else. I would pass the next time. Their regular coffee reminded me of the old fashion diner coffee and I dont mean it as a complement.

The chicken cheesesteak sucked. Barely any cheese, and it the chicken wasnt even chopped. Please at least take the "Philly" off the name, because thats an insult.

Aside from the wait and crowd, this place is fantastic. Had the chicken and waffles and it was stellar. Lots of good coffee and tea as well as really good food!

Great breakfast and lunch food. Show up early on Sunday or youll have to wait for a while to get a table. There are no reservations for this place.
