They were re doing the inside. So you could only ordered from the drive thru. After waiting 10 mins. I finally got to order. When I received my order it was wrong. I drove around told them I received the wrong order. So they gave me another it still wasnt right. I said forget. Open the bucket and the chicken was absolutely horrible skinny not much meat coating was too dark. I didnt get the biscuits. I will never go to KFC again. Change your oil!!

I personally work here and it is NOT dirty. We are NOT ghetto and we have a new cruel. You are welcome to come back (those with negative comments) but I work hard every other day to clean the dining AND bathrooms. If anything, it is the customers who are dirty and ghetto. Thank you very much

There was a sweet older woman working here who helped us and made my day. Only issue was the rest of the staff she had to work with. The werent cleaning the store so floors were sticky and messy. Not the best vibe from the interior but luckily this lady was there to make up for it.

They messed up our order but so what? We all make mistakes. We are impressed with how Marcus the manager made it right!! THATS what matters!! We will back because of his excellent customer service skills, and are letting corporate know what great management this store is under.

Manager runs a very tight ship, he and his staff were super friendly. He even brought me an extra biscuit because he thought the original looked old. Most high-end restaurants should hope to be run so well. Highly recommend based off my experience.

The staff and manager are so friendly I rarely have to wait and if I do its because the rather server hot and fresh and I like that the inner manager whos always smiling said"I dont serve anything I wouldnt serve my mother and I like that

Last time I ate there, they were out of chicken tenders. So they made up a batch for me and they were hard and tiny and looked like something you would buy in a supermarket and then microwave too long. Eww.

The quality is horrible, just pathetic. Just threw a bucket load of food as it is uneatable. No wonder not even one customer has come in last 40 mins I have been here. Hated it from the core.
