Where do I even begin? Dirtiest place I have ever been to. No one was there to greet us. There was one person sitting at a table and everything else was disgusting. Napkins everywhere, sauce packets opened on the floor, the drink area was gagging to look at. When an employee saw us while taking orders at the drive through he yelled back to someone to help us she yelled she was finishing her food and then walked up to the counter chewing with her mouth open and wiped her hands on her pants. I mentioned that the place was disgusting as she appeared to be the manager, after her eye roll I walked out without waiting to hear what she had to say. A few months later I was in the same area and my husband wanted to try again. This time we went through the drive through. We had to repeat our order over 3 times and were told to hold on in the middle of our order 2 times while she and another woman finished a conversation. I asked for a jelly packet and she handed me a goopy pile of jelly encrusted packets. I dont have time for that kind of disrespect. No one does. This place needs a major makeover and new management.

The food was good. At 330 on a Sunday afternoon (i.e. not a busy period) the tables were all dirty as was the floor. There was a prolonged wait to submit an order to someone who could neither understand nor speak English well. After the order, there was an extended wait to receive the food (a very simple order). I observed the sandwich being made and noted that it was sitting on the back counter for three to four minutes before being brought to the front counter. The whole process was not consistent with the usual KFC standards. The franchise should be evaluated to see if today was the exception or not. At least, use an English speaking person at the register.

It doesnt give you the option of a zero. Disgusting place. I waited over 20 minutes for my order and finally got it to go as my wife was already done her food. I love that the manager asks for your phone to do the surveys on the bottom of the receipt and ignores you actually waiting for food. The surveys are for customer feedback not managers!!! Employees arguing with their boyfriends in the dining area. So bad and not enough space or time to go on

Went through the drive thru ordering over $40. Wait about half an hour for food. Guess I should of checked before bringing it home. No side of potato wedges I ordered along with chicken soggy and falling apart, even looking pretty ate! Got 5 piece of new hot wings, smallest wings Ive ever seen! Unfortunately only KFC in the area, and sadly disappointed!!

This restaurant should be closed torn down and rebuilt all employees should be retrained and a new manager should be put here who has experience because this is really ridiculous nothing is clean the dining room lights are all off we have to have them turned on it took them almost a half hour to turn on we will never come back here again

Awful service. Food Disgusting. Soda takes like its got dirty mop water in it. Did not did us everything we ordered, when I called back, the manager lied saying we were never charged for those items. Disgusting!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Dirty., dirty, dirty. These are the best words to describe this franchise. The staff takes its time to help the customers, the floor us greasy, and the food is substandard even for a KFC. I would avoid, especially with children.

Went from a 1 star to a 5 star i forgot the managers name but she fixed the problem and went well beyond what she had to thats what you call great customer service. I just keep forgetting to give my review from the receipt
