One of the worst lunch experiences in my life. Olive Garden had never been a let down until now. 1/ After being seated it was 20 minutes before the server stopped by the table. 2/ The server apologized for the delay because he was really busy. "I have like five tables." 3/ My wife ordered a "Chocolate Martini". She was served a Chocolate Milk. 4/ Unlimited salad and breadsticks means a bowl of salad. Breadsticks? Even after ASKING for the server to please bring the breadsticks - he didnt. Theyre right, the breadsticks are unlimited. There is no limit to something that doesnt exist. 5/ Four people at a 9 square foot table is reasonable, but not when youre playing Jenga with the plates and glasses because not a single one was taken back by the server. 6/ My wife ordered a second Chocolate Martini. It never came. When asked about the Chocolate Martini, the server explained that he "visualized himself bringing the martini to the table." At that point we decided that we couldnt spend another minute in Olive Garden. I actually hated being there. The problem really isnt the food or the decor of the restaurants. The problem was a poorly trained server and management that allows poorly trained employee to be the face of the company and destroy brand reputation with ineptitude and apathy. There are plenty of dining options competing for my dollar. I visualize Olive Garden no longer being one of those options.

One of the worst places I have been too, as far as service. I took my children there for my daughters 19 birthday last weekend and I asked the waitress if they did anything for birthdays. She told me they dont do anything anymore, they stopped doing it. We waited and waited for her to return to us for our specific needs throughout our meal, she eventually did bring us some of what we asked for and the check. After I filled in the tip amount and signed it, we saw the table behind us was having a birthday, as well. To all of our surprise, their waitress had a cake in hand and sang Happy Birthday. I was furious, if I did not already tip her she would have had 0 filled in with birthday candles drawn on top. Their food is very good, but the extremely poor service ruins it.

I went there to order from the takeout menu but no one was at the register. One of the many employees milling around chatting with each other finally paged the person who was supposed to be working there. At one point there were five employees behind the counter and I spoke up and said, "Since none of you seem to be busy can one of you take my order". A manager wrote my order on a piece of paper but refused to ring it in. Finally the cashier came out and rung it up. I had to wait approximately ten minutes just to order. When I got home and opened my salad half of the lettuce was wilted and there was one tiny slice of tomato, the stem end. Also the food was cold and I live less than five minutes away.

As soon as we walked in the door, the hostess told us about 20 to 25 minutes until we would be seated. Of course we waited. I understand it is usually busy, but for multiple people and families to walk in the door 15 to 20 minutes after us and still get seated before us is inexcusable. After about 40 minutes sitting there waiting, we got up and told the hostess we werent going to wait any longer. We explained why we were leaving. The hostess was very rude about it. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I understand that the weekends are a very busy time for restaurants, but we were seated at our table for twenty minutes. Our waitress walked by the table and said "Ill be with you in two minutes. " Five minutes later we stopped another waitress walking by our table. Amanda stopped and apologized for our wait. She was polite and very professional. She took care of our table for the rest of the night. Thank you so much Amanda! You made are night!

Dont order the shrimp and chicken carbanara, appreantly the shrimp they use are too big for them to take the extra prep time to remove the tail. What you is a nice steam table/microwaved (supposed to be sautéed) dish which you have to dig through with your fingers to pull the shells off of the shrimp.....dont know about you, but if Im spending $20, I dont expect to have dig through my food and finish their prep duties.

The food was great! However the service was not. Never once have I been treated differently at a restaurant because I was a teenager until I came to this Olive Garden. The server was very busy, but she did not even acknowledge my friend and myself. She greeted tables around us who were seated roughly 5-10 minutes after we were before she greeted us. I am quite appalled.

All I can say is, it was NOT a good dining experience. The food was good but our waiter was not attendive. We ordered soup and we didnt get back it till after we received our main dish and only after we asked for it., He only came around once to see if we needed anything, or if everything was ok with our meal. I will never bring my friends from Florida there again.

Eating lunch now 7/21/17 with stepdaughter and granddaughter. I had Eggplant Parmesan Breadstick Sandwich and Fries; Stepdaughter had Meatball Breadstick Sandwich and Fries; granddaughter had Spaghetti. Everything was excellent. Have eaten here many times and the food and staff are A1. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

Went for Vday this year, we sat at the bar and was serviced right away. Our waiter took great care of us, I loved her personality, when a seat came available she allowed us to eat there and it was just an overall pleasant experience. Food was on point! MY best restaurant experience when I visited the area. Thank you

This was at one time a wonderful dining experience. However, now its like fast food. They want you in & out fast.... Food presentation is gone. Lunch prices all seem over priced for what you order. Menu no longer has favorites, honestly like eating fast food at expensive price. Sad :(

Excellent food, better service. The eggplant parm is delicious. Crispy outside, soft inside, perfectly browned cheese. It was perfect. Sauce was flavorful and the pasta was prefect. This is an Olive Garden that takes a lot of pride in everything... and it shows!

Friendly staff. When a booth wasnt available in the main dinning area they opened a closed area just to seat us! :-)! My server Matthew was very professional and took EXCELLENT care of me and my fiancé. And of course as always the food is GREAT! A++++++++

Went to the Olive garden after daughters graduation with a total of twelve people including two toddlers. The food was excellent as usual and our waiter Matt was fenominal. It was a great experience for us all and looking forward to going again soon.

As good as an olive garden can get. They are busy and moving people in and out. I sat at the bar with a guest and we were promptly served and taken care of. It was a very busy night and I was happy how perfectly we were served a midst the chaos.
