The grape leafs were bomb.. wow! And what a great price too i have seen two go for that price at fancier restaurants..that were half as good..well done texture and presentation was on point four olives to go with my five tatsy grape leafs that were dress with fresh tomatoe slices..and raw red onion..perfect..i asked fer extra hoilenday sauce for the home fried potatoes..the lady seemed happy to help...still waiting for that request..good food other wise...ill come back and eat other treats and coures..I changed my order last second..and the lady was a pro. .in fact my first desert was free how nice of them..but it didnt look tasty.. trying the double fudge cake, for all the choco lovers out there...details to follow..it gets the job done...the fudge is very sweet and it melts in ur mouth very quickly. .it tastes very rushed like they hurried to get it on the menu just so they could claim another option on the already surprising list of deserts..some look great this double fudge was not a winner...ahh well im diffently coming back...come throw this 24 hour food stop a schling or some green backs and throw me alike if u agree with the review...late night eats..oh the second desert wasnt free but it should have been.... four soild stars...

I would not recommend that anyone visit this location. The staff is rude, there is extremely poor communication between staff and customers. This was my first visit to this restaurant. I called in to order chicken salad, the waitress who took my order was rude, did not answer my question, and charged me for a meal I did not want. I called back in after my coworker arrived with the food and told them that my order was incorrect, the woman over the phone was rude, insulted me, and thus lost my business. She was rude to my coworker as well, mind you, this was our first time ever ordering from The West Chester Diner and we were treated like this. I will NOT be returning, I WILL be advising everyone to steer clear of this store, and I will continue to give them bad reviews wherever I can. I am so displeased with how my coworker and I were treated, and I can imagine we were not the first victims of their poor attitudes. 0/10 would NOT recommend! Stay far away from this establishment!! UPDATE Against my warning, my boyfriend ordered food from this place today, the scrapple was hard and almost broke his tooth, the food was not cooked to his liking.

I used to work at this diner, and let me tell you there must be some illegal bribary involved that keeps this dump open. The health board and homeland security shoud shut this place down and deport all the illegal employees. The kitchen is FILTHY. There are NO healthy food guildlines here. All the employees are allowed to smoke in the kitched, including the poeple involved in food preparation. Raw and cooked pork, beef, chicken and fish are all handled with the same unwahsed utensils. One night the "cook" made a bucket of gravy, which he accidently knocked over onto the filthy cigarette laden floor. He then bagan to scoop the grave up and back into the bucket. Just a small example of what you are eating when you are there. Some of the other reviews comment on the filth but say its to be expected in a small diner. ARE YOU KIDDING. This place is serving you food and you are paying for it. That means that certain health codes should be upheld. Would you be so kind after spending the rest of your evening vomiting up your dinner?

I went here for a sunday brunch and was disappointed. The place was relatively empty for a sunday, which should have been a hint. I ordered Eggs Benedict and received trash. The english muffin tasted doughy and soggy instead cripsy and toasted. The ham reminded me of greasy, Lunchables quality meat. The egg was good, but the side of potatoes were dry. To finish the Benedict, they gave it to me topped it off with a sorry excuse for Hollendaise sauce that had a coagulated film before it even reached my table. I had a bite of my friends banana and walnut pancake and it was not too bad. The service seemed tired, unfriendly and uninterested. Overall, this place badly serves cheap, greasy food. A place that is open "25 hours a day" does not impress me if the quality is sub par. The West Chester Diner gives a bad name to West Chester Dining. Instead, I would recommend DK Diner in West Chester, or The Classic Diner in Malvern.

Lunch here today, ordered the WC Diner burger. Arrived in about 10 minutes, burger itself was dry and overall so greasy it was inedible. Our waitress was no where to be found for so long we were completely done before she asked how things were. When I said it was inedible she apologized & asked if I wanted to order something else. Which I didnt at that point, but never offeredto getthe manager or take it off our bill. We also did not have the best service. Iced tea was freshly brewed & quite good, but considering ourbill was $22.00 thats not saying much. Then went to the hostess stand to pay the bill & she asked how it was. After saying not good, she said I should have said something & asked me to "step aside" while she helped other customers but again never offered to take it off the bill, just said to mention it the next time I come in. Not likely.

Food is ok but I did not feel welcomed at this place. My wife had salad bar. The mushroom and beans from salad bar on her plate was weird. I got pasta with beans from salad bar along with my order. There of those items did taste funky. It might happen, maybe it is us. Manager came to us, we explained the situation and she did not even gave us feedback if there is anything wrong. When I said pasta did not taste good to me, she was kinda huffing and smiling like I was trying to get discount or something. When I asked the server if they tasted and figured out if anything was wrong, she passed all that responsibility to the manager. Long story short we had other, unspoiled food and left. But they lost my business. Thank you tho

Ok I should of read the reviews before we went there. They seated is right by the kitchen door when the place was empty. Next someone is cleaning the entire floor with a bleach product. We should of walked out right then. We ordered basic diner food. It took forever to get the food it was cold and nasty. The grilled cheese and tomato wasnt even melted and it had 3 huge slices of tomato on it. My omelette was dry and nasty. It also gave me an upset stomach before I made it home. Where I proceeded to bomb my bathroom. Needless to say we will never go back.

Weve been frequenting this place for over 5 years now...the waitresses and waiters are very friendly and always smile...a most of the staff have been here since we first started coming here, so they must enjoy working here as much as us enjoy eating here....the food is always good and we have yet to be disappointed. ..very reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone I treated in a friendly environment and a good place to get a reasonably priced meal or brealast 24/7....
