Brothers white pizza is the most famous and most likely the best in West Chester. It will set you back almost $15 bucks. Good thing I had a coupon right? Nope. I have a coupon which reads $2.25 off a large pizza Sat.-Thurs. OK, no Fridays, I get it. That makes sense considering the coupon is from a church bulletin. So when ordering a large pie for delivery last Saturday, I mentioned to the girl who answered the phone that I had this coupon. She asks me to hold a minute and returns to the call to inform me that my coupon is not valid for delivery orders. Well, the hockey game was on and it was 30-some-degrees out. Pick-up was out of the equation. Besides, the coupon had no stipulations against delivery service. After pointing that fact out, the girl(as an agent of her manager) would not budge. I told her to honor the coupon or I would get my pizza from another shop. The coupon was not honored and we ordered from another place. So either Brothers is doing such great business that they can afford to lose customers or they are doing so poorly, that they cannot make good on a $2.25 coupon.

Definitely the best pizza in West Chester, no doubt. Weve been going here for about 6 years now. Not too often though because they dont follow through with simple requests. I like wings. I order them "well done crispy" every time. This place just doesnt get it. If I am picking up the order I usually check the wings before I leave and every single time they have to be cooked again because they are slimy or pale in color, and not crispy brown. This time wife picks up order, brings it home. Now we have to throw it in the oven on broil. This has got to be one of the most simple requests. I worked in restaurants for 15 years. You can cook wings with your eyes closed. Brothers Pizza, why cant you cook your wings the way the customer would like?

Brothers is a good place to take your family for a weeks night meal. But i do think the food is better their then if you get it delivered. But overal their food is great, especially the chicken parm and white pizza.

Ive tried it all and Brothers Pizza consistently delivers fantastic pizza at a great price. As if this werent enough, I am greeted by friendly staff at each visit. Brothers is the gold standard in my book.

Great menu, great service, nice locally owned restaurant run by the same family for the last 25 yrs. Some unique menu items you wont find at other pizza shops. I order or eat in here at least once a week.
