The food I received tonight was below subpar and I will not be ordering from Peppers again. The pierogies were over boiled, soggy, and not even seasoned... Who doesnt put a pinch of salt on pierogies? The onions were almost raw and they say "sauteed onions." I ordered devil fries and received plain fries (which I understand mistakes happen). I called to have them taken off my credit card and the man who answered was very polite and is having them deliver more (but after I tried all my other food I honestly dont even want them). Overall, I would say I wasted $25 on this food tonight and everything I ordered is way below subpar.

The lady who answered the phone seemed borderline annoyed that I had called. She basically hung up on me after she told me the delivery time. No hello, no goodbye, no people skills. As far as the pizza... Its hard for me to find a pizza that I dont enjoy, I will eat just about anything. This pizza was soggy, under cooked, and tasted terrible. How do you mess up a pizza? Im no connoisseur, Im closer to a garbage disposal and I thought it tasted bad. Its no wonder why their menu is astronomically huge - theyre trying to compensate poor service and bad food with more food choice. Ill never eat here again.

Awful service. The girl that answered the phone which was "Ashley" was very rude, she hung up the phone on my husband after telling her the delivery guy bought us the wrong pizza. When I called & asked for another pizza or my money back, I can hear someone in the background telling her to just hang up on me. I definitely will not be ordering from them again, if they treat their customers so rude I could only imagine how they treat our food "disgusting"!!... I never did receive a refund & as far as the wrong order, it had to be thrown out. UPDATE: I RECEIVED A REFUND A WEEK LATER

This place has a TERRIBLE staff!! The women who answer the phones to take an order are ignorant and rude. They promised a delivery time of 30 minutes and the order did not show up for about an hour and half later. They were nasty over the phone when I called to see where my order was.. Their reply was he will be there soon. Really?! Dont promise unless you deliver!! And there food was gross!!! Disgusting looking and tasting. Ate their 1 time and NEVER will again. Wouldnt even recommend this place to rats!!! Terrible should be shut down!! And the staff is filthy looking.

This was the 2'nd time we ordered peppers the 1'st time we asked for delivery which never showed up no call or anything today we got a patty melt which was gross and nachos that had a chopped up burger and cheese but was supposed to have tomatoes olives jalapenos gross will never order from this place again

Been here only a few times. So far the pizza is pretty good, as are the sandwiches and stuff. Nice staff and quick orders. The restaurant itself has a handful of tables and chairs in a small corner so not much of a dine-in experience but outside it looks like there are a picnic table or two. I recommend trying the pizza.

Jeez I dont understand all the hate here. Literally twice a week I will order one of two different Strombolis, I love how well they make them and I will continue to order. Nobody has ever been rude to me on the phone, so the service has never been an issue on my end.

Im frankly amazed by all of these awful reviews. I love this places subs, especially the chicken cordon bleu sub. Also, their devil fries with secret sauce? Unreal. That stuff is delicious. Ive never had any issues with staff. 5 stars from me for sure.

My work orders here once in awhile. We all agree, place absolutely sucks, dont listen to the fake reviews, the food you get is not worth the money, at all. Avoid this place at all costs. We have given them 10+ trys
