WENT TO PIZZA HUT TO ORDER THE SPECIAL PIZZA THEY ADVERTISE ON T.V. NO, CANT GET IT, THE SPECIAL IS OVER. THAN I SEE A SIGN THAT READS $10.00 ANY PIZZA, OK I WANT THE SPECIALTY PIZZA YOU JUST HAD, NO CANT GET IT, ITS OVER. OK GIVE ME A STUFFED CRUST WITH MUSHROOMS, AND ANOTHER STUFFED CRUST HAWAIIAN FOR $10.00 EACH, NO CANT DO THAT, THAN WHY ADVERTISE IN LARGE PRINT "$10.00 ANY PIZZA, * I GET TOLD, READ UNDERNEATH IT SAY:S ORIGINAL, HAND TOSSED, THIN AND CRISPY" SO I HAVE TO CHARGE YOU MORE! NOW AFTER CHARGING ME FOR MY NOT 10.00 ANY PIZZA, I COME HOME SO WE CAN EAT DINNER. I GO TO GET A SLICE OF HAWAIIAN AND THE CRUST IS SO PAPER THIN ITS FALLING APART, NOT EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY AROUND. ITS SO DISGUSTING ... NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT...NEVER!!!!! FROM YOU MANAGER ON DOWN TO YOUR PIZZA NOT SO EXPERT SERVERS ITS A DISGRACE!

Very poor on delivery. We have ordered pizza for delivery only twice from this Pizza Hut about 6 months apart. After the first fiasco of waiting for 90 minutes, after being told 30-40 minutes ( We live 4.5 miles away), we decided not to order from them again. Well, 6 months later we thought wed give them another try. NO IMPROVEMENT in any way shape or form. This time it is going on 90 minutes and still no puzza. Ive called the store 4 times and no one answered. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have EVERY seen.

Im sitting here right now waiting for my pizza that I ordered an hour ago. I called to see where it was and it hasnt even left the building. He said another 15 minutes. Ill take my business to dominoes from now on. They may not have the same kind of deals for delivery but Ill pay the extra to have my food in a half hour.

Placed an order at 610 and it still wasnt ready at 710. I ended up asking for my money back. They also had alot of pizzas that came out of the oven and needed to be boxed. They were getting cold. Very disorganized.

Orders were coming out late and wrong! Waited 30 minutes for a plain pizza! People ordering after me were getting orders before me! People were walking out not being waited on!
