Im not sure how the food at this place as we never got to eat any, but I can say that the service, hostess and manager dont even deserve 1 star. We came as a party of 8 - 6 adults and 2 toddlers. There was nobody in front of us and we saw tables available. Asked to be seated and were told that we had to wait until a party of 8 will finish with their food. Since there is no waiting area we placed kids on the chairs by the bar, as they were getting impatient after 15 minutes of wait. Hostess told us we need to get kids off the chair, as it doesnt look good them being by the bar (mind that she didnt offer any alternative solutions to that) Since the party of 8 didnt seem as they were leaving any time soon we asked them to put 2 4-people tables together that were empty right next to each other. Hostess said she couldnt do it. After a while manager showed up and also declined our request saying that TABLES DONT MATCH AND IT WONT LOOK NICE (not sure what exactly didnt match - the color or the material). By that time more people came in and were seated while the two tables next to each other were standing empty. I dont know much about restaurant business, but excuse as TABLES DONT MATCH AND IT WONT LOOK NICE should be absolutely unacceptable for the owners of the restaurant...All I can tell they lost few hundreds that night, and the restaurant next door at least showed that not everyone in that area a rude and not business-savy

Service was great, food was even better. I had the pesto, and I am a tough critic of pesto because I grew up eating it fresh out of the garden. I loved that they used pine nuts. A+++ for that! Just a couple things that could be improved, and I usually dont offer that to a restaurant but you guys are new and could probably benefit. -I felt like they were over staffed and like they were just standing around watching us.. just a bit uncomfortable. -Also, why dont you have spoons set on the tables? Thats how Italians eat pasta. It helps! -The cheesy garlic bread had way way way too much garlic on it. -Why dont they have glasses for the water and soda? It was odd to me because they were very careful to measure the glass of wine and put it in a nice wine glass, but then to have my water in a paper cup next to it? Seemed confusing. -Pasta dinners should come with a house salad We had a great experience. Everything was clean, from my wine glass to the floors. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was absolutely amazing (at least the pesto and meatballs were). Really great prices, too. I thought the waitress forgot stuff on our bill, but she didnt. It was very reasonable.

This was not my first visit to this restaurant normally i would rate it 3.5-4 stars and the deductions would not be do to food quality. They would always be do to service. Tonight i pulled in and saw chef Nicola leaving i should have left with him. The service was by far the worse experienced here yet if it wasnt for who i believe was manager getting drinks and taking order i may have walked out and it wasnt packed maybe 5-6 tables on pizza side with 2 servers. As a former server during my college years i am usually very patient but this was bad i could have handled that seating myself with better service. Talking with co workers while i am waiting on placing drink and food order with menus closed is unacceptable. Then even the food was not as good as typical. I ordered same item i love here and it was not up to typical standards. Off night i hope but if i have similar experience again i will cross it off list.

Completely went down hill since they moved!!! I ordered a small chicken salad for lunch, which is posted at their online menu for $7.95. It used to come w/ Italian Bread, bust last time I had to ask for it (at its current/new location), no problem. Today they tell me they dont have Italian Bread, HUH???, Italian Restaurant, no Italian Bread...they have diner rolls. When I went in to pick it up, again, I said I dont understand, Italian Restaurant, Italian Bread...the guy again tells me they dont have italian bread & I said what do you put your sandwiches on...he replied "the whole roll", Ugh...really. Then I go to pay for my order & he goes "$10.50"...aparantly in the last 2 mos since I was there a small chicken salad went up from $7.95 & they used to fill up your container, now its about 1/2 full...Im sad to see them go in this direction, I always really liked them...I wont be going back.

I placed an order for pickup. The person on the phone had no idea how to take an order or any familiarity with the menu. That should have been a warning sign but I just figured he was new. When I got to the restaurant I told them I was picking up and they had no idea what my order was when I gave them my name. We waited the 20 mins they stated on the phone and another 20 mins in the restaurant. We ordered pasta and steamed vegetables. Shouldnt have been that long. The pasta was over cooked and barely had any flavor and was very bland. After I left I realized they charged us an extra $2 for the tomatoes that were already supposed to come w the pesto pasta. I would not recommend going here.

Waitress was unattentive entire time, took 15 minutes to get our check. Our pizza came out wrong in two ways, first they didnt remove a topping I specifically asked for, then they didnt add bacon to half the pizza. If it wasnt for the fact that we asked them to remake it, they never would have told us they "ran out of bacon." Our cheese sticks came out warm, no stringiness at all. The only good part about this experience (our very first experience) was that the atmosphere was clean and modern, and the pizza was great quality. I will not be returning for a very long time.

First off, they put us in a very bad spot for the sun beating in our eyes, wouldnt change seats. That sucked. Wait staff was VERY NASTY and RUDE. Sat at table with an Empty glass for 15 minutes, how hard is it to put iced tea in the glass? I mean, she walked by the table 7 times then another EMPTY glass. Both glasses sat there as she walked by 3 more times. Then asked for a refill, but she brought us the bill. I mean the food isnt bad, but the wait staff needs a bit of work. I will NOT be going back to this place.

Had lunch there a week ago. Waitress was not friendly. Food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Dinner, alcoholic beverages and desserts are way too expensive for this type of cafe/ pizzaria. Decor was very amateur, just a couple of unrelated items throw up on the wall. When the bill came we thought they made a mistake charging us $8.50 for a 2inch round of Tiramisu . When we inquired why so expensive the waitress replyed "we made it in house". I would have hoped that everything else was!
