Cant order online Pizza hut website described it as "CLOSED, Delivery Hours 10am - 12am" at 9:41PM... Guy on phone told me "Sometimes our website is having problems". If thats the case, unfortunately, Pizza Hut HQ is "sometimes" shooting themselves in the foot if they cant keep a 99.9% SLA on their online online ordering system, and if a franchisee owns this location he should be furious. The online ordering did not work, so I went straight to Dominos.

I recently ordered a hot dog pizza with a pretzel crust, however they salted the crust so much that it made the pizza inedible. When I called the store and asked to speak with a manager, the guy who answered apologized and said they had a new chief. SMH ps the I ordered a large pizza but when I got home and opened the box, I swear it was a medium!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered half pineapple, half pepperoni and spinach. Upon arriving home a hour after receiving my pizza I opened the box to what looks like a half pepperoni pizza that they threw spinach on only after putting it in the box. I will be calling the manager because this was unacceptable.

Ordered a large pie of pizza and the pizza was horrible the cheese was very old you can taste it being rotten. The sauce was all brownish ! We ordered some BBQ wings and it was half covered in BBQ sauce . JUST TOOK ONE BITE AND HAD TO SPIT IT OUT. PIZZA WAS BURNED. WE WANTED PEPPERONI AND GAVE PINEAPPLE.

I thought I was suppose to receive my whole order with one driver but I guess they forget to send me wings but when I called them they were like k will make it ready before driver comes back so I guess they dont look wht u ordered I guess

When my food got to me it was very cold. also when the person took my food out of the delivering bag she was careless and spilled my marinara sauce. she did apologize and she was very nice but i just wanted to make others aware

Horrible wanted to take our money to go but didnt want to serve us in the restaurant. Plainly said I can get you an order to go but you cant eat it here! It got a star only BC I had to, to write this warning!

Came here for pizza, which was good, BUT we ordered 8 boneless wings. Only to find all EIGHT of them frozen. Not to mention, they forgot ranch and napkins. Expected more and definitely NOT returning back.

Of course I get charged for extra cheese and I dont get it. Top of the pasta I ordered was hard and it was delivery, they brought me ni silverware. !!
