I am rating Maggios on three different areas of service and all three receive 5 stars. I told my soon-to-be-husband that we were going to check out the ballroom at Maggios. He scoffed at me and told me we werent going to get married, "at a pizza place." As soon as we entered just the hallway of the ballroom, he ate his words. Greeted by Alison, we were taken into the bridal suite to discuss packages and see the ballroom. It was gorgeous and we were thrilled. Maggios was our first destination, and despite seeing a few others, we went back to Maggios without any doubts. Our rehearsal dinner was held in Maggios the night before our wedding and we opted to have it in the Chefs Galley. The food was divine and the wait staff was friendly and efficient. Fast forward to our wedding day, I was so nervous about the whole set up. There I was, the bride, worrying about every aspect. I had absolutely no reason to worry. Alison had everything set up beautifully. She made sure every detail was on point to our expectations. Every friend and family member who attended our wedding remarked on how beautiful the ballroom was and how DELICIOUS the food was. It was an outstanding experience. The week after Valentines Day, my husband and I had dinner in the restaurant part of Maggios. It was a significantly snowy Saturday, and yet Maggios still packed a bit of a crowd. It was no surprise. The food was outstanding. Of all the things weve eaten at Maggios in the past month and a half, everything was delectable. Mozzarella triangles, San Remo dip, bruschetta, fettucine alfredo, chicken parm, chicken oscar (yummm!!), filet mignon, mashed potatoes, cannoli cake, cheesecake... And thats not including ALL of the food we had at our wedding!! I assure you that anything you decide to do at Maggios, whether it be a wedding, a special event, or a simple dinner, you will be IMPRESSED!! Thank you, EVERYONE at Maggios for being such awesome people!

I went here Thursday night with my brother. The first thing the waitess said was "Everything is made to order so i can add or subtract anything you like" No problem right? He has some dietary issues and he wanted to order a salad with crisp iceberg lettuce, no leafy mixin, lettuce tomato cucumber and grated cheese. Simple? No the waitress spent 10 minutes arguing with him over the different things he should get in his salad because thats how they serve them (ie avocado, eggs etc) when he would say "No I dont want that" she would argue "but you said you wanted".. said added ingredient. No he didnt. I finally got to a point where I said "How difficult is it to order a simple salad in this place?" I got up and walked out and will never return due to this waitress. Why would a waitress start off by saying everything is made to order so I can add or subtract anything then argue when you try to do just that? This is probably the worst restaurant experience Ive had in a long time. Very disheartening since Ive heard good things about Maggios and was interested in trying it out.

Attended a luncheon/ dinner for my granddaughter who graduated from high shool. Upon entering the restaurant I immediately fell because of a slippery/ wet floor. I fell by a table that was occupied by several customers who immediately said the floor is wet right there, pointing to where I was sitting on the floor. It took time before anyone came right over, eventually the hostess came, but was pushed aside by a female who identified herself as the manager. She then had me fill out a form with my name address and phone number only. She never offered any ice in case of swelling. After that she handed me a business card to get in touch with the owners. After being seated the waitress told me every time it rains people fall. There were no runners on the floors to prevent falls. The food was soso the service was slow. This is the last time well come there.

I absolutely LOVE Maggios! I have been here a handful of times now and I am never disappointed. My favorite thing to order was the Margherita pizza until I had mussels with red marinara for takeout last night.... now its definitely a tie between those two. I have also had quite a few cocktails here and I was never disappointed. I like how easy and direct it is for me to get here and the fact that there is more than enough parking. I have went here for sit down meals and I just did my first take out last night. I will definitely be back VERY soon! Maggios is great... easily one of my favorite restaurants. I wish I had taken a picture of my meal last night... those mussels were delicious.

I was there on a busy Saturday night, so take this with a grain of salt. I had a ceasar salad and a sausage pizza. The pizza was mediocre at best. The dough is "flaky", not chewy or crisp like a traditional pizza. The sausage was terrible, it was prepares like ground beef, and was completely flavorless except for the red pepper flakes which made it spicier than expected (im not afraid of spicy food). I at two slices of the pizza and didnt even bother taking the rest in the house. The ceasar salad was good. The restaurant is very nice inside, but very loud. The prices are reasonable and the menu had a great selection. If I go back, ill definitely get something other than pizza.

It depends on what you order. Staff is generally efficient, food is hit or miss, though. When its not busy, there seems to be a strange decision to seat all patrons very close together, and I mean like three feet apart-- when you eliminate the usual background noise of a full restaurant, this can become kind of awkward; getting to listen to someones entire medical history or breakup story at full volume with no way to pretend youre not overhearing every word while you eat your lunch is quite an experience. Its not awful, just really, really odd.

Going there for years...even have a VIP. Card..No more! Went on a Saturday late afternoon, place was empty except for customers at the bar and employees. The hostess was miserable. We sat there at the table for 15 minutes and no one asked if we wanted a drink or said theyd be with us soon. Bartender saw us and waiter even said hello. Happened before but we thought they were short handed. No excuses this time. Great beer selection but not worth the poor treatment when there are other places to go!

Went to the New Years party in the Mag bar. Drinks were well drinks. We were supposed to get a 16 foot long buffet table (as indicated on the flyer). It was about 4 feet of freezer burnt crap. The food was really bad. There wasnt anyone in the bar area to clean up our empty glasses until really late. About 11:00pm the placed started to look like a war zone. Spills and trash all over the floor. There were also sloppy drunks falling all over the floor and nobody cared.

Last night 3/19/2013 My Family and I Decided this is our first and LAST visit to Maggios! Our server deserves a gold medal! Id like to thank our server Michele who did everything possible to keep us from walking out! She treated us to our deserts to make up for the grey haird man behind the desert counter mistakes. OUR NON ALCOCHLIC drink were the major cause of us no longer wanting to come to MAGGIOS! Maggios/management...your servers can only apologize so much.
