One night, we went to this new restaurant called "BÚCCAN" after we heard it opened which was very close t us. We sat down, ordered drinks, appetizers and finally decided to get entrees. After the waitress sat the plates, we starting eating, as soon i grabbed afew bites i pulled what i feared was a hair, a long blonde hair from my mouth. I called the waitress that apologized right away, soon after we asked to pay and leave. We were charged the meal where the was found. Long story short, we were customers and we did expect to have the entree removed from the check but did not happen. Careless about their customers. For a starting business they should do the minimum. No body wants hair in their food.

Very Bad service we came here couple of time before it was good service that time . But now there is new girls comes and its very bad service. We order some food come too late . also we order drinks and she dont understand anything about drinks and very bad attitude and she talking to there community people only .we finish the drinks and they dont wand ask us you need more drinks or not she just talking to there people only very bad attitude..

Food was great. Only issue I found a black rubber band in my beans, and when I mentioned it to the server it was like Ohh well! Didnt bother to take the beans back, didnt bother to ask if I wanted something else and didnt even bother to remove the beans from the bill. Im sure it was a mistake and like I said the food was great, but customer service sucks!

Love the environment, great food and the Chef .. I love her - to come out & let me thank her ... The Margaritas - Top shelf ... The best. I cant wait to go in the evening; live entertainment - DJ I think. Perfect place for a date. $6.99 Lunch Special cant be beat and the salad taste like she just picked the veggies from the garden.

Very horrible, the waiter was very rude to me. I came in to order lunch for takeout she ignored me the whole time and continued to help another Spanish customer after waiting so long I asked to use bathroom and she told me no because I didnt order my food yet . Never will I go there again shes very rude and impolite.

OMG best fried chicken i ever had outside of my own home. The beans were to die for and the salad was great. My appetizer was salami and cheese with a fried plaintain which was so good i wanted seconds. Definetly a place to go to again and again.

This place was nice but today we saw some new staffs over there and one lady she is her 40s she showed us too much attitude and She just concentrated to talking with one jentle man. She want to treat people from her community only .

This beautiful restaurant feels like youve stepped into the Caribbean! With a relaxed and wonderful atmosphere, we had the carnitas tacos and definitely have the guacamole! Try the rum!
