We have had thanksgiving dinner there for the last 5 yesrs. I dont know what has changed but everything was different. From the moment we were seated we felt rushed. We would have liked to have had another drink, but it was hard to even get one!!. They were not busy and we were there around 2 pm. They brought 2 dinner rolls and before we finished them they brought the appetizer , we barely got halfway through the appetizer and the brought the salad. Picked up salad and brought main course. Husband ordered the feast & the meat all tasted the same and was barely warm. They brought a plate with samples of 3 different appetizers as soon as they picked up our plates . We were finishing up appetizer and they brought the bill.waitress barely spoke to us except as necessary. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Was good, expensive but I knew wat I was walking into. The atmosphere was great the wait staff was great and they have shows! which I havent attended... No complaints about the place really just an annoying group that moved in. Lastly they gave me a free dessert for my anniversary which Im pretty sure no basic chain restaurant wouldve done, and it was good but the chocolate was really rich, which I figured that since it was a chocolate oblivion torte, but it came with a rather tastless cream on the side which balanced out the strong chocolate really well.

LOVED LOVED LOVED! Got here for a business trip, there was a spot reserved for me outside in the parking lot which they called beforehand to tell me about. The service was so personalized - GREAT staff. Excellent food; great ambiance in bar. Room was great and I loved the amenities. Only issue was that my room was above the bar and the live music was a bit loud in my room for a weeknight, but not bad enough to get a bad review. Id totally stay here again; Ill just ask for a room on the other side of the hotel :)

I give it the 4 stars based on eating in the Pub side, as a pub type restaurant. For sit down dining I would give it 3 stars. I like the place so I go with the higher rating. The food is pretty good. A bit hit or miss and inconsistent, but overall good. Not especially innovative, they play it safe. Standard fare. The overall quality does not justify the price, but the atmosphere is very nice so maybe that balances out the cost. The quality of the servers is solid B and they are mostly professional.

We went for lunch on a Sunday. My husband had a Reuben. The bread was barely toasted but the corned beef was fantastic. We were told they cure it in house. I ordered the saffron marinated chicken gluten free. It was served with rice instead of gnocchi and was out of this world. There were wonderful flavors of saffron, jalapeño and mint in the cream. ID go back again for this dish. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was the s l o w service.

Definitely gourmet quality food served in a traditional style Hotel Restaurant with a friendly old long bar. I have had 3 excellent meals here and one that I must say was a downer. I do wish they stayed open longer so as to coincide with the end of the shows and that their portions were a bit larger. I think however that if you go you will agree that it is an not to be missed adjunct to a Sellersville Theater show.

A little while back, I took my girlfriend and I out for our "3 years of knowing, one and a half Dating" anniversary. It was our Best Dining Experience Ever. They helped me surprise my her by setting flowers on the table ahead of time, and gave us FREE desert for our special night. (and the booth is Gorgeous!!!) Food is Delicious, but expensive. However, we cant afford not to go! We will Definitely Be Back soon!

We came here to see Brand X play and had dinner and stayed at the Washington House. This place has not only been renovated, but updated while retaining all of the charm of the 200 year old hotel. Our room was spacious and the accommodations were top notch. The food was wonderful, too. I hope to repeat the experience sometime when another must-see act is booked at the Sellersville Theater.

WOW - cannot say enough about the Washington House! Great food, great service, wonderful atmosphere. Whether we have stopped for lunch while weve been in the area or have had dinner reservations with friends, by ourselves or with a group, the meals have always been perfect and absolutely delectable to the very last bite!

I have eaten at the Washington House several times before shows at the Sellersville Theater. The food is always very good and the service is terrific. I have stayed at the hotel as well. The rooms are immaculate and a little pricey but the service is great as well.

Menus rotate nicely so theres always something new to try, while maintaining the signature "go-tos." Bar room is cool as well with its rustic hard wood bar and booths. The place really holds onto its historic Sellersville appeal. A must visit if youre in town.

Food was great but we did have to ask for a waiter but the waiter seemed genuinely interested in our well being. When I went there I was dressed up and some other guests wasnt so I felt overdressed, so I wish there was a dress code but overall, not too bad.

It was great. The rooms are retrofitted from a building that was originally standing in the 1700s. Theyve done an incredible job renovating and the staff was extremely kind. They even have me a tour of the different rooms and told me about the history.

The Washington house is incredible. I have gone there three times with my wife, and we have consistently been blown away. I highly recommend their duck dinner entree. It is one of the best dishes I have ever had in my life.

The Washington House did an amazing renovation from the Ridge Tavern. It has great food choices and fair prices for the quality of food. Must try if you are ever in the Basking Ridge area!

Great dinner! There were 6 of us and we all were happy with our meals. And, our server was excellent: attentive, made sure all was well, responsive but not overwhelming. Well be back!

Always a great meal and very friendly staff. Wonderful specials and consistent quality. On the expensive side but usually worth it. Holidays are crowded and even more expensive.
