Ice cream was OK. Service was lacking. I ordered a "love it" in a waffle bowl with sprinkles. He put it in a regular bowl. When I pointed out that I wanted it in a waffle bowl he told me that wasnt what I said. Everyone around me heard me say waffle bowl. I speak loud and clear when I order anything. The guy had a thick accent that sounded like he was from India, so perhaps there was a language barrier between us. This isnt a good excuse. My girlfriend asked if he could just put it in a waffle bowl an he just stared at her like she was crazy. When we went to pay my gf had to point out that the register already had $6.27 on it, and he was overcharging us. He said no no no its how it always does. She explained to him that its basic math to figure out that the total is wrong. We almost just walked out at this point. Also to note the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels but I didnt bother telling the guy since he would have probably told me that was how it is supposed to be...

Staff didnt know how to apply my groupon and had me pay for my kids ice cream. So now paid 2ice for my items. Even their so called managers on duty could not figure it out. Last time visiting the chain in general, will stick with dairy queen, carvel, or yogo crazy.

FANTASTIC!!!! I have never heard of this place until I got into college at Kutztown... I cant believe Ive havent had this place my whole life. The ice cream, flavors, what-have-you....is delightfully delectable. You will want to come back time after time!!!!

Very unsanitary environment. The new owners dont have the experience they need in the food industry. Not a place for little kids we had a really rough visit. Used to love coldstone, will stay sanitary and never go back! Buyer beware.....its really a shame.

Totally satisfied with their service! The staff is friendly and the ice cream is soooo delicious!! I ordered a heart-shaped ice cream cake for my daughters 5th birthday and it was stunning!! Delicious and well decorated!!! Love Cold Stone!!! Yummy!!!

I got the funnel cake Ive cream with the suggested sweet cream Ive cream. Wasnt very flavorful, the ice cream tasted forgettable. Im saddened Cold Stone doesnt carry Butter Pecan. Real shame.
