The greatest icecream place in FM, no scratch that, in CNY. The legendery Sno Top. The place kids since the 90s, maybe even before, went after their last day of school. The famous place where in 1999 my grandpa sent kids screaming, jumping over the picnic tables because he decided to drive his car up to the window and shout for a chocolate malt. My brother and I, who were hiding under the seat, were asked what we wanted. My brother said, "I just want to go home." Fortunately, our other experiences at Sno Top, of which there were hundreds if not more, were far less embarrassing and far more delicious. I may have hated the snobs in FM (not everyone is a snob, but far too many are), but I sure do miss this place.

I neither own Sno Top or have a family member who works there but I do live in Manlius and Sno Top is a special place in Manlius...it is a sad day when it closes for the season....every town should have a Sno Top..love the vanilla ice cream and in my opinion, the servings are just right and the sundaes are monstrous in size and decadent in flavor....its fun to get the ice cream and eat it right out in front...in the sitting area or over by the swan pond....

If you are willing to brave the long lines in the summer, youre in for a treat that cant be beat. With a plethora of options to choose from, Sno-Top has been a Manlius staple for as long as I can remember. Their sundaes are always piled high with toppings and their flurries are creative. I once drove from work in Liverpool to grab the Apple Pie flurry and used my entire break, just to enjoy the delicious concoction.

I waited about 20 minutes in line just to find out they only had two soft serve ice creams nothing else then when I got the soft serve ice cream in a Sunday they couldnt put something in for me even though I was willing to pay for it extra. It was a big inconvenience they didnt have a sign up or anything saying they only have the two ice creams I will not be returning to this location

Said I wanted a large hot fudge sundae, girl said ok hot fudge sundae and then made it and it was a small. As she was putting it on the ledge I said can I have nuts then she told me the total, still didnt put nuts on it. So I paid for it and threw it in the trash.

Its ice cream. Im not sure why everyone goes bananas for Sno Top when its just average, at best. Sometimes the employees are ridiculous - like can I have a Sundae with no nuts? "No. We cant do substitutions" its not a substitution, its an omission.

Hands down best ice cream in the Syracuse Area. Their Vanilla & Black Raspberry Twist is better than all the competitors. Open late as well. Only problem is their serving sizes are smaller than most other places. Still worth 5 stars all day!

Try the Glacier and go for a walk around the duck pond! Sno Top has great prices and gives you tons of ice cream. If you play Pokemon go there are also always tons of rare Pokemon at the duck pond next door.

Black raspberry soft ice cream is great. I had the trash can which was unique and delicious too. Trash can a bit too sweet though. Nice place in Syracuse. Next to local library too

Great place. Just wish theyd take money first, before serving the food... Tough to deal with handing over money and taking back change when youre also trying to hold a few cones.
